I have used this company for the form on my ecommerce website. When we launched the website in June 2023 we noticed the checkout abandoned rate was very high. We contacted POWR who escalated the issue with their QA team and said everything looks good to them and there are no issues.

I was adamant we had a problem and today after a customer complaint, we have found that having '&' sign in your main product/service on the form will mean the customer cannot place a order and will get a 'Bad Math' error code. I have lost 10 customers since June which is a loss of £400.

I have other problems with the form and checkout which i have emailed POWR about several times and they just don't want to help.

There is no contact number to call them so if there is a urgent issue there is no way to get it resolved quick. I emailed POWR about the 'Bad Math' error code this morning and still have not heard anything back. I found the solution and removed the '&' sign by reading a article on their website.

In all circumstances avoid this company.

TLDR- for the Form Builder plans you should know that:
Submissions = number of page views.
Responses = number of form submissions.
Number of 'responses' is irrelevant to the plan you purchase.

I have been using the POWr form app for years without issue. Recently, they have made changes to both the pricing (increasing it) and the plan benefits (reducing them) without notice.

Their plans all refer to the number of submissions you get per month for each plan. In the context of a form app, the word submission means to submit a form.
However, POWr appear to have a non-dictionary interpretation of this word, expecting people to know that when they say 'submissions', they actually mean number of 'page views'.
These are not interchangeable words!?!

The language is at best likely to confuse everyone, and at worst deliberately deceptive so as to confuse everyone and force upgrades to more expensive plans.

Because of this definition of 'submission', the form app you've purchased stops working when the number of PAGE VIEWS exceeds number of 'submissions' allowed in your plan, regardless of whether you've received any actual POWr form submissions/responses.

Increased my subscription price for the form builder by 65% from last year without any notice or knowledge this will happen, which is against the law in the UK.

My subscription is now 40% more expensive than what a new customer would pay.

The form builder itself is extremely basic - NinjaForms and TypeForm are half the price and can do 10x more.

The team did not help and were unreasonable.

I will be switching my business way from POWR apps and will be challenging the payment with PayPal - all because this business puts greed above customers.

I have a problem in my account, The pro plan - form builder offer me to get 1000 Submissions per month

and i get only about 20 - 50 Submissions per month and the number not recount every month so every month i get 20 - 50 and ive reached about 1400 Submissions in 6 month so normally if i get 50/1000 Submissions next month the counter will shows 0/1000 Submissions. And ive contacted support for 2 days and i get no reply or help about that they replied and says that i need to upgrade to get more Submissions but i dont really reached the limit per month.

i hope you see this Powr and understand the problem that i have in my account.

Fantastic support. I had an issue with form layouts on Unbounce. Support team were quick to respond with helpful advice that solved my problem.

I've been talking with Franz from support for weeks now. Something relatively easy (adding a bit of JS to the app) is proving extremely difficult and time-consuming. I had to pay 150 USD for a developer to come up with a script so I can track survey usage in Google Analytics.

I have a POWR.io PRO subscription which allows this script to be added, but it needs to go through their support and now they're telling me I need a more expensive Business account to do this (while their own support page says a PRO account is enough for added JS).

All in all quite disappointing so far since I pay around 200 USD a year for this.
