If you have any questions, please contact to us in email. We’re trying to reconstruct our Telephone Service. Each equipment does come with the manufacture warranty and there're the details on the instruction manual. We're glad to provide the free replacement parts, exchange or service center for our customers, if it's under warranty.

Great customer service

I placed an order for a replacement snowblower part, and the ordering process was easy and the shipping was quick. I also worked with the customer service team because the part size I ordered was too small, and they were helpful and professional. Would order from them again.

Cheap and crap!

I have a snow blower model DB7624e6O bought in Canada. The Auger axle broke after a few months. It was replaced under warranty. Next winter broke again. They don't sell parts in Canada. Don't buy this crap!

Need better customer support contact

I recommend better service and parts availability as well as a method to contact customer support other than leaving a bad review. Once I was contacted by someone, they were able to assist me in finding the right part for my mower.
