Its great for working mothers who don't have a lot of time to spend on making dinner because they are busy with the children activities.

You have one pot, no splashes no spills easy clean up.

Would recommend it to every busy household.

It has been a month since order placed. Charged my card status stayed in processing until week 4. Now it states out of stock on back order. Makes me think company is not legitimate.

We ordered it off tv. Love love love it! I usually have a hard time with gizmos! Use en once and then into the cupboard, never to be seen again! Not this time. We love it. Easy and fast.

Horrible..I never received my order and I ordered two pressure cookers and no one has replied to my emails to customer service to see where my orders ended up.

I ordered my pressure cooker on the phone with a customer service representative. I have not received my presure cooker. i have not received an email confirming my order or letting me know when I will receive the item. I did not like all of the additional sales of other products when I only wanted to order the pressure cooker. My expeience has been totally unacceptable. If I do not receive the pressure cooker soon I will write a letter to the Better business bureau. I hope to receive the pressure cooker as soon as possible. Please email me what your research finds.

Order a second time and still don't have the product. Ready to cancel order, it's been since July 2014 and now it's Sept and still no cooker. Frustrated in waiting.

Our Pressure cooker was to be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. It has been 3 or 4 now they say it is out of stock. Why could they have said that when it was ordered? Some great bargain.

I would review, if I had the product, but since I have not received it how can I review??? I ordered this product on 8/16, as of today 9/05 I have not received it. How in the world can a product be advertised and not shipped in a timely manner? I have checked the status per their site and it does not tell when I will receive it. I called the number provided and got the same reply. I doubt if I will ever order anything like this again. TRUTH IN ADVERTISING?

I love using the power pressure cooker to one dish meals in about 1/3 the time of traditional cooking time. I look forward to using it to can fresh fruit and vegetables as well.

Both were given as gifts. I emailed the owners to take part in survey.

I made my order August 16, 2014 and still have not received the Pressure Cooker XL Very un-happy with your service. Thinking about cancelling my order and go with another company that will produce the product! Oh by the way will be contacting the BBB.

It's been 2 weeks and all I received was the initial order confirmation. if you call all they will tell you is the order is "in process". You can't find out anything more. I am about ready to cancel the order!

Two weeks and it has not shipped. The voice mail from Customer Service says there open. Nobody picking up the phone though. Hope I didn't get ripped off!
