I've been using the website for 5 years and have enjoyed using it very much. Last year they dramatically reduced the bonuses for VIP players. I still enjoyed using the site even after this however the website is starting to have more and more errors that the team doesn't seem like wanting to fix. I still liked to use the website even with all these errors however one day I wanted to chat to figure out why one error get happening and customer service agent Robbie get blatantly giving me wrong information and straight up refused to let me talk to someone else. I waited a week for someone else to reach out to me but nobody did. This awful customer service from Robby left a poor taste in my mouth and really makes me debate if I want to continue using the website or not. Positive part is the website has usually been great with customer service of the years but Robby is truly awful. Another positive is the website is great at processing withdrawals there's usually no wait time at all.

2100 today not 1 bonus not 1 big win same game, same game played on 4 other sites, This is consistent!! After putting in thousands and then taking a few months break you forget how God awful this site is and come back and it happens again.

It has a good design and mostly offers in games, no big lags, or very heavy.
To change the type of odds, Decimal or American doesn't stay put have to change every time.

Absolute Garbage Service, The gambling part is fine but when it got to the withdrawal, (which I still dont have yet) I have emailed and been on support chats everyday waiting for an 800$ withdrawal and I keep being told I will get an update soon and still nothing, just use a different book.

I just started checking out this casino recently. And I'm terribly disappointed I had received some free spins and I couldn't find where the free spins were to be redeemed. So not only on my birthday did I not receive any birthday bonus from the casino by the time I asked support where my free spins were supposed to be played they had expired.
