I have been supplied with a faulty battery and have a number of very slow responses to me emails. Contact is only via the website or email and a contact telephone number is not available. the replacement battery does not charge at all.

Ordered 'genuine' phone battery on 23/8/19. Tuesday 27th I had a message item was being sent, and I got a tracking number. Royal mail tracking didn't have the item, so after few more days of it not being in their system, I emailed the sellers, asking what they were doing, and saying either send the item or refund me. Meanwhile checked on here - should have done that first! Looked later on tracking, and it showed as being received at the sellers local office. Next day I had a refund (luckily used Paypal) but no email or response from them, tracking then said it was going to be delivered from the RM Hounslow office. I live in Scotland, 400 miles from Hounslow. Tracking today - just for interest to see what they were up to - and it was delivered and signed for in Hounslow. SO - when I complained, they did a refund and posted the battery, presumably to themselves. Weird way to run a business!! Ten days wasted, and no apology, no email, no explanation. Avoid!!

I had ordered a new battery (Samsung galaxy S6) and indeed I received an old battery that was worse than the 3 year old battery I was using. There are so many scammers out there it really puts you off buying anything online! Powernext is definitely a complete scam.

Absolutely waste of time! They didn't deliver my order and made me wait more than 10 days. When I asked about the order they canceled it and refund the money. I wish I had checked the reviews before I placed my order. Do yourself a favour and do not waste your time on these scammers.

Absolute crap company. Got a battery that was worse than the 3 year old one it was replacing. No response to emails. How do they get away with this? Must be Millionaires by now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

I stupidly ordered from this company without checking the reviews on Trustpilot first - I won’t make that mistake again.

This is an appalling company - they are blatantly stealing from customers by taking their money and not delivering the goods. I have asked for a full refund and unsurprisingly got no response.

I have since reported them to Trading Standards and considering passing all details to the Police.

I have already given a review through their own site and it they deleted it. Funny that they only have 4 reviews showing - all good. Probably written by themselves

These people are disgusting they will take your money and give you nothing in return. They are selling cheap crap at high prices to make you think your buying a quality product. Please do not buy from them powernext give the internet a bad name!!!

This deserves NO stars but for the sake of this review this is the lowest rating. My mum ordered a battery over the internet, got confirmation and then a few days later received a delivery notice from them. Nothing came. She emailed them twice and got a reply that they would check. Then nothing. She then contacted them and asked for either the battery or a refund or she would report them to a consumer watchdog. She got a reply, offering to send her the battery. She accepted. Another week has gone and still nothing, no battery and not responses to emails. I must warn other potential customers to not use these scam artists.

Purchased something which was never delivered after waiting for 8 weeks and still no delivery despite many promises. I requested a refund and no refund appeared, requested again and e-mails are now being ignored. I certainly would not be giving this company anymore of my money

I purchased what was being advertised as a 'genuine real original battery' for my phone. What they did not say was, that it was NOT a new one, but a 'reconditioned' one, and that turned out to be completely useless, it was no better than the one that I wanted to replace. The 'genuine real original battery' that they supplied for my phone had a stand-by time of less than 3 hours and a talking time of about 10 minutes at most, i.e. totally useless. What a waste of perfectly good money. My Advice? Stay well clear of Powernext UK!

Ordered a phone battery, but wished to return it as no longer required. No reply to any of my emails and they had the temerity to send me a link for a review of the product, which of course was unused and awaiting return.
Very poor customer service, in fact non existent.
Do not buy anything from this company.

Ordered a phone battery with tool kit, received the kit but no battery. I have asked twice for it to be sorted and have been ignored. Wish I had read these other reviews before purchasing.

Received a battery which did not have correct terminal. Can't charge it to know if it's genuine or fake but seems the latter. Emailed Powernext and received a response to say they would check the warehouse but never got back to me, what a surprise! Unable to return item in the same manner as was received (large 2nd class package) other than a tracked service. Royal Mail state it is illegal to post Li-ion batteries unless they are connected to a device. Fat chance of getting my money back. I will chalk it up as a lesson learned and recommend consumer don't use Powernext shoddy goods.

Took the paypal payment then failed to supply the goods - no response to emails.....

Sent me a FAKE battery. Impossible to contact them. Do not trust this company.
