Where do I start? I'm going to ruminate a bit here, Dave, so forgive me. If you think that Power Meter City is just another online bike parts retailer, you're dead wrong. They are even better than your local bike shop. PERIOD! How do I know? Because despite working with a local bike shop, I didn't get anywhere on the upgrade of my 2018 bike until I spoke with Dave at Power Meter City. And I've been 10 miles on the road as of yesterday on that very same bike thanks to his incredible patience, support, knowledge and most of all reminder to ditch the problems and "move along". Dave provided the parts education and upgrade support I needed to feel good about keeping my existing bike on the road instead of falling prey to the pressure of buying new. Then Power Meter City had just the parts I needed and when I needed them. Super fast order fulfillment and shipping. Together, Dave and Power Meter City, are a winning combo!! I eventually found a new local shop and they had no issue installing the new parts and I LOVE MY BIKE! Thank you Dave for letting me vent to you and for taking the time to explain things to me clearly and calmly and being supportive of my efforts. You treated me so professionally and thoughtfully as if we were standing face to face in a local bike shop itself. I cannot thank you enough and wish I could say more. So, bottom line: if you want to "move along" and you're missing the bike support you need locally, think of Power Meter City and people like Dave. They are ready to dedicate the time, skill, and equally important, the inventory to keep you moving.
