While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

Paid $40 in ETH — payment confirmed, but funds were not credited
I made a $40 ETH top-up to PowerGPU. The transaction was successfully confirmed on the Ethereum blockchain, with 92+ confirmations.
Transaction:
0x556347a2b7343414461f3ce5b5de248e6badee1c5a40b0a940f2a7300fe88464
The transaction shows a successful transfer of 0.015905 ETH ($40.01) to the wallet address provided by PowerGPU.
What is particularly concerning is that PowerGPU's own dashboard shows the corresponding top-up as “Completed”, yet the $40 credit is not available in my account, so I cannot use it to deploy a GPU.
When I tried to contact support, I was told that I need to make another deposit before I can open a support ticket. I do not believe customers should have to send additional money simply to get support for a payment that has already been successfully completed.
