100% Recommend

Rob has completely transformed the life and health of one of my clients.I'm a personal trainer, so I see first hand the mental barriers so many people face when trying to take control of their health. Her and I have accomplished many goals in the time we've worked together, but staying on track was always a struggle due to the emotionally draining job she works. I met Rob through a networking service and believed he would be a solid connection to help a few of my existing clients. I sent him one of my first clients who I've been working with since I started my career.All I can say is I am completely mind blown by the changes I've seen in her attitude, mindset, and even her physical health.
