I ordered a boiler from this site ..
It said would be delivered like 4-5 days later.

Once I paid I received a email saying it would come in 2 weeks .

I replied saying cancel my order as 2 weeks is too long.
They then replied offering 10% discount .
I declined offer
They said 5 working days I would have refund

It’s know been 2 weeks with no refund

I’ve emailed twice and had no reply
I’ve called a few times no answer
Do not buy from these people

This is 100% a scam website read other reviews please, only good reviews are false. You will lose your money luckily we know some interesting people that investigate these type of things and this person will get a visit shortly.

Warnings to all!! This is a SCAM website!! your money will be gone in second's and you won't get it back easily!!! no response from emails or phone. Received email from TEGAN HEATH that refund will be with you in 5 days. Complete lies!! Will be perusing through small claims court soon. Be aware everyone!!

As a Gas engineer of 20 years I was immediately attracted to the cheap prices of boilers. The champions league gigs are The Worcesters, the Baxi’s, the Vaillants and the Ideals of the world. All brands are at least £250-£350 cheaper than other known sites. They also don’t offer flues or any bundle packs. I was very close to ordering but thought I’d check Trustpilot to see what’s what. Plumbers & consumers beware, these people are THIEVES, hiding behind laptops, do not give them your hard earned cash. Check the generic suppliers first & relate back. Wolseley, PTS, City Plumbing & local merchants. Cheeky bastards want shutting down immediately!

Beware these are scam merchants, ordered and paid in full for microwave . Passed delivery date unable to contact, no response from emails or phone. Thieves

SCAM! I have been scammed - communication at first is good. As soon as you pay, they stop communicating - prices look good particulary the boilers - DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. I hope this has some impact and keeps buyers aware. I foolishly went for a cheap price that I now know was too good to be true. I have now had to take further action.

SCAM - looked too good to be true so I did some digging and discovered that they had stollen details of another company who I contacted and they confirmed it is a scam. Do not be hooked in by the low prices.

SCAM, ordered and paid nearly 1k for a boiler. It never arrived, fake tracking number given for a fake website. No answer to emails. Never arrived. Further investigation showed the address given has no shop or warehouse. Its just a driveway.

This site is a scam 💯 I wish there was a better way to prevent poor people like me or many others to pay 1k for a boiler that will never arrive , people inform your friends your neighbors write to Google please shut them down

Ordered a Sage Combi Wave at a surprisingly cheap price, which was due to be delivered 14/01/2026 - the day came and nothing arrived. I was offered another date of 21/01/2026, with a 30% discount when it arrived, nothing then either, Emails unanswered, phone number is not answered, found these reviews, confident I'm not getting anything from them

I bought a boiler on the 14th of December and never arrived tried e mailing them and and despite calling their phone number no answer. Its definitely a scam be aware!!

I ordered a boiler in mid‑December and still have not received it. I have emailed their support many times with no reply, and the phone number on their website doesn’t work or respond. I paid in full and have nothing — no delivery, no updates, no contact. This is very poor service and unacceptable.
I urge anyone considering buying from this website to think twice, as I have lost my money and have received zero support. This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and completely unprofessional.

Product I ordered never came so I am claiming a refund from my credit card definitely a scam. Ordered beginning of December delivery due 12 jan never came no one answered email no one answered phone 100% scam

I was planning to buy a boiler and went to the address listed on their website for store pickup: Unit 1, Princes Court, Princes Avenue, Hull, HU5 3QA. When I arrived, it was an abandoned house with an old “DRIVE” sign — definitely not a shop.
I asked nearby businesses (the petrol station and a pub next to UNDERDOG) and they all confirmed the same thing: there has never been a shop there linked to this website. The building used to be a taxi company and has been abandoned since.
I also emailed asking about collection, but they ignored that question and only talked about delivery. Tried calling them on 07349 465129 — no answer.
They do not have a physical store at the address they advertise. Wasted my time going there, but hopefully this helps others avoid the same mistake.

Ordered a hoover 3 weeks ago, told it would take 2 weeks to come, then told me it would be a week later due to large amounts of orders. No delivery on my order date and now completely ignoring all my email. So now £150 out of pocket. Complete scam of a company!

Poor service. Ordered a kettle and had no delivery estimate. Chased it up and were told it had been dispatched (but had no tracking details) but they were experiencing delays which pushed the date back. Told us they’d refund us 30% once it was delivered, so seemed ok. Once that had passed we chased up again only to be told that they had cancelled the order ‘due to circumstances out of our control’. Poor service and I expect it was never even sent.

I thought it was a scam, Boiler prices are ridiculously cheap and they don’t sell Flues.
