Super service!!!
I have bought a smartwatch a couple of months ago and the delivery was very fast. After 5 months of using the watch it broke and I sent a email about my 'complain'.
Without hesitation they sent me a new watch, really a great service!
I highly recommend to buy products here!

Great service, lousy products
I bought Forever XXL Vandtæt 6,5" Mobilholder Til Cykel, Sort in march and only used it a couple of times - it was falling apart and became unusable. The plastic around the zipper was becoming loose making the zipper unable to close, therefore disabling the holder from being waterproof or even holding the phone. A very quick response from costumer service left me with a new phone holder, the exact same model, however that one started falling apart equally as quickly, even though I was extremely careful when using the product. Seems that the plastic is cheap and/or has been in a warehouse for a while... So - amazing customer service, but very low quality products!

As mentioned in our email we would love to provide another similar model. Please get back to us if you want us to provide you with some alternatives.
