2 different Power stores in Stockholm
Before buying a laptop, I have visited 2 Power stores in Stockholm. The first one was in Heron City. It was totally catastrophic. There were not enough employees to help customers and there was very long queue each department. The second store was in Länna and it was fantastic. The employees gave me all kind of support, they explained each product details and I didn’t wait for anything in the store. Thanks to Power Länna.

Poor Staff Attitude and Delayed Customer Service
The attitude of the staff requires significant improvement. I waited at the section for 15 minutes, yet no one attended to my enquiry. There was already one staff member at the next counter assisting other customers, and he was aware that we were waiting, but he did not make any effort to call for support. When I informed the customer service desk, we were still made to wait another 5 minutes before any staff member arrived.

Clearly a lot of ***** reviews
Check out price history on pricerunner or prisjakt and you'll see that both black Friday and Christmas sales are not even close to the promoted discounts. Compare also with Elgiganten which are more honest with their pricing.

We made a purchase of a new TV online
We made a purchase of a new TV online. When we went to the Power shop, we wanted to change to buy another TV. It was no problem. The staff offered us very good advice and helped to change the reservation seamlessly. The delivery was also easy and quick. Very good service.
