Sent on a roundabout trip for K&H

Was sent on a roundabout trip in the store. There should be only ONE location with all click and collect goods, not multiple desks.
When I ask for help, I don't expect to be sent to three different locations!
5 staff members standing together just chatting while a line of customers are waiting at the helpdesk also isn't a good look.

1 star rating to Power Tilst for After Sales

Got reply from Power on below mail: I do not understand why to pay again when Power made a maistake for not sending right peopole to install. Calling Customer care as suggested by Power to wait for almost 2 hours is not posssible. I am really looking for help@power.

Hi Erik from Power Tilst. After having worderful sales experience my 5 start rating went down to 1 star for after sales service. We bought the product to make sure that we are ready for our big event at home but its been a week and installation is still not done. Delivery team mentioned that Power sent wrong people and asked me to contact Power. I waited 1 hour 48 minutes on Phone to Power customer care and then personal visit to Power Tilst but so far nothing. The issue is that Power sent wrong persons for installation and now machine is just packed in my home waiting for Power to send installation person, when we dont know. Installation was paid.

Det er selvfølgelig frustrerende at vente så længe i telefonen og endda tage turen til butikken uden at få løst problemet. Du skal vide, at vores specialistteam har modtaget din feedback, som vi tager med videre internt.

Du kan få en ny installationsaftale, men der vil være et genkørselsgebyr svarende til det oprindelige leveringsgebyr. Alternativt kan du få pengene tilbage for installations- og udpakningsydelsen.

Ring til os på 70 33 80 80 i vores åbningstid mellem 10-17 på hverdage, så hjælper vi dig videre med den løsning, der passer dig bedst.

Very nice guy I bought it and they sent…

Very nice guy I bought it and they sent it to my home. I can recommend it because they have almost everything you need. I went to Elgin to buy a drone but they did not have this type of drone. I wanted in power had it.

Misleading Charges and No Response from Support

On April 11, my wife and I visited the POWER store in Tilst to buy a new iPhone 16 (256 GB). We traded in her old phone, which was valued at 994 DKK. We also purchased a screen protector, charger, and phone case. The total payment was about 7,400 DKK.

After leaving the store, we noticed two extra service items on the receipt – “Klar til Brug mobil” (399 DKK) and “POWER NETBESKYTTELSE T” (89 DKK) – which we neither requested nor received. We went back to the store immediately, and the consultant assured us they were free bonuses. We said we didn’t need them, but he insisted they cost nothing.

A few days later, I received two strange invoices (one for 1,005.84 DKK and another for 0.00 DKK), and our bonus account was emptied – apparently used without our consent. This feels like deception, and I believe we were misled at the point of sale.

I have written to customer support, but as of today, I still haven’t received any reply.

Very disappointed with this experience.

Upd.
Customer support responded and the issue has been resolved with a refund. Thank you.
