Bad service and ignorant staff

I bought a phone for a lot of many and the employee was bad service minded and gave us unclear information.

Service was great

Service was great, however slow. Barely any employees were around to help but when they did, they did it very well. Everything went smoothly.

Horrible waiting times and unsafe product handout

We had to wait in Line for a „click&collect“ for about half an hour before anybody would even appear behind the counter and start taking orders. Nobody had any idea what was going on, including employees. I did not get checked for id, meaning anybody who knew I had ordered could’ve told them my phone number and just walked away with my expensive items.
Worst shopping experience yet.

Very bad service

Very bad service. Took me 10 days to receive my airpod while in website said 2-3 days. When i asked for explanation at the pickup date, i got no answer.
Much faster and better service if you order apple products directly from Apple.

Great service and even better outcome!

I went to Power to pick up a tablet I had ordered, but unfortunately, they couldn’t find it in stock, I was a bit surprised disappointed because it said on the website it was only available at Power Lyngby and also because I really wanted that one I needed it for my studies. But AHMAD, the salesman I spoke with was incredibly kind, patient, and professional.

He took his time to help me find the best alternative, and after quite a bit of waiting and searching, I actually ended up with an even better tablet and with great benefits too! (Only few krone differences) Honestly, I wasn’t planning to spend more, but he convinced me (in the best way possible!) that it was worth it in the long run.

He even offered me a drink while I was waiting I asked for water, and they were out ofwater, so I ended up with a Coca-Cola instead 😄 Seems like everything I want is not available😹, but I still got something better every single time.

Overall, it was a great experience. He really knows his job(how to convince😹) and I’m quite happy with my purchase. Thank you, Power, I consider small a lot action.

Excellent customer service

I do not recommend this store power…

I do not recommend this store power Lyngby because I ordered a coffee machine on click and collect and I received a message at 09:45 that my package is ready for pickup, and at 12:51 I received another message that it is no longer in stock. and that it was a system error. I had to drive 50km to receive a message from power 5 minutes before I could pick it up that it is actually no longer available. Totally disappointed and unprofessional, I do not recommend!
