Normally I would shop with Humac or Hifiklubben, but decided to give them a chance because they marketed a generous 30 day return policy. I choose to purchase AirPods Max at Power's Frederiksberg centre store as I prefer supporting local physical stores. The store had no headphones I can try, so I had to choose blindly. It was filled with boxes, and also quite dirty. The employees were absent and left me waiting at the cash register for almost 20 minutes, while 4 of them literally flirted with the girl in front of me. When it was my turn, it was over in 2 minutes - nobody thought to talk to me about the choice or to tell me that the huge 10 meter sign that says "30 day returns no matter what" does not apply to Apple products. After 1 day of use, I found that they do not fit my head and I can't wear them comfortably for more than 30min, so I attempted to return the product (all packaging in 100% perfect condition, including wrappers). The employee told me that Apple products are excluded from the promo - and pointed out that the receipt says so. If i had purchased online, they'd have to take it back under DK law, but simply because I went into store, i get less rights. I also wrote to support, where I got an AI answer, and after a followup, an outsourced customer support agent told me they will redirect me back to the same store - which hasn't responded in 5 days. All in all, will never shop again at Power. I'm sure their campaign policy is legal, but I feel cheated out of 4000kr and had a very bad experience with every aspect of the store, purchase and subsequent support.
Well, the truth is they didn't deliver the product, so I don't have what I paid for. When I went to pick it up at the Frederisberg store, they told me they couldn't find it and asked if I wanted to pick it up at another branch. I said yes and chose the Glostrup location, but I never received confirmation that it was ready for pickup. And at Glostrup, they made me pay another 20 kroner. I filed a complaint with customer service, and this is what they told me. Hi Fer Acosta,

For Click & Collect orders, it is important to wait until you receive the confirmation that the order is ready before going to the store.

I had a disappointing experience at POWER Frederiksberg. The employee who sold me the iPhone, misled me during the sale: I only bought the protective glass, after upselling it to me, implying its installation was included in its price. However, the invoice shows a separate 199 kr charge for applying it. I was also told that switching to Telmore would give me a 1,000 kr discount on the iPhone (he specifically showed me a calculation on how much I'll save compared to my current plan), but the invoice shows a much smaller subscription-related discount, not even half of what he said.
He initially said he would only send the invoice by email, but I asked for a physical one, and he seemed unhappy about it, saying it was "too big" as a joke. Unfortunately, I did not check it carefully until after coming home, and that is when I noticed the extra charge and the discount discrepancy.
I expected clearer and more honest information during the purchase. I would recommend NEVER agreeing to any additional things they offer you. Actually - better off buying it online, and don't bother going to this store.

Bought a Canon v10 online and they gave me a used one (not advertised it was used) and it was even missing the charging cable and one of the windshields. When I contacted customer service it said I had to go to the shop in person to solve this. Makes 0 sense to not get someone to explain the situation and my options by phone before I go down in person. At no point was talking to a real human offered.
