I wouldn't use anyone else
I have used Powell Eddison for several conveyancing matters over time. On each occasion my purchase/sale has been managed by Elaine Tottie. Elaine is diligent and approachable. She is easy to contact and keeps me regularly informed about progress. Having Elaine as my solicitor gives me a great deal of confidence which takes a lot of the stress out of the buying/selling process, which is invaluable. Having seen how other solicitors (especially online ones) treat their clients I wouldn't use anyone else.

First Class Service
I can’t speak highly enough about the service and professionalism I received from Elaine Tottie at Powell Edison.
She was clear, supportive and very quick to respond to queries and questions.
Our selling process couldn’t have been more smooth …… and it was a complicated sale as covenants, listed status, tree preservation order restrictions, planning issues all had to be identified and explained to the purchaser.
Elaine was totally professional throughout and often ‘went the extra mile’. First class and I’d definitely recommend her services.
