Belt was exactly as l expected,fitted well,

The product is very good value for money, sturdy and smooth when in use. Machine can be used with single or both legs depending on how much of a challenge you want. I couldn't find better value for money and I'm sure this will last a long time.

Assembly was straight forward. XS sports were very helpful. A part needed replacing, I contacted the support team who immediately arranged for the replacement to be sent out with next day delivery. Overall, the customer support was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again.

Bought a friction belt for an Opti air 2 in 1 cross trainer and bike. It appeared to be exactly the right belt and so happy with that. I found fitting very difficult but got there in the end. Think there may be a knack to clipping the spring onto the end of the adjuster but if so I could not work it out.

Purchased the xs leg extension which arrived very quick after ordering.
Built it up next day which was simple to do but found that the large pad supplied had wrong size of hole in it so wouldn't slide onto the arm. Contacted the company by email to highlight problem which was replied to within a couple of hours , they apologised and promised new part would be sent which arrived the very next day .
Very happy with the bench and the excellent customer service.

XS Sports Pro Heavy Duty Seated Leg Curl & Extension Machine --- The machine itself does what it says on the tin but there are a number of screws that don't align with holes properly, the seat material didn't have the hole pre-made for the underlying screw holes, so had to feel around for them and make the hole myself. The biggest issue is that the foam pad for the leg lever is completely the wrong size and doesn't fit the metal lever at all.

After 2 weeks of use it has started to squeak badly whilst the weight is being lifted.

Having said all that it still works at the moment and is easy to use.

Goods arrived 36 hours after placing order. Well packaged and each component part singly protected by plastic wrapping. Very simple to assemble.
Sturdy, fit for purpose, and a health benefit already.
I have only had for 6 days so cannot comment on reliabilty, customer service for issues.

Very happy with the bike. Had a damaged part on arrival, but they were happy to send a replacement part out immediately once I provided pictures. Excellent customer service!

I just brought the leg extension machine it looks awesome feels better and I can wait to start using it regularly shipping was quick, assembly was easy.

The rowing machine arrived within 48 hours and was so well packed.
It took about 2 hours to assemble on my own. I had a few queries and JJ was excellent in speed of response (thanks JJ).
It’s too soon to give a comment about the rowing machine itself but it seems robust and of good quality.

All in all, excellent service from XS Sports.

Very good purchasing and delivery experience but, unfortunately, the product didn’t work, the weights keep falling off.

Order didn't arrive on the day promised which was an issue as it was a birthday present for that day. Called the company. They refunded postage but more importantly said they would investigate it's whereabouts and call me back. Never received a call. Ended up collecting from the depot myself the following day. Not easy as product was large, weighed 30kgs and I have walking disability.

Easy transaction and quick delivery- easy to install onto cross trainer machine- only gripe is £20 for the part is a bit too expensive for what is is- but if you need it, there’s no alternative!!

Great bike and customer service... use for any on demand excerise class or training for cycling competition.
