I recently made my first purchase on the Pour Moi website, drawn to the beautiful fabrics and range of styles of swimsuit. Unfortunately, that particular style didn't work for my body shape/size ~ it was a bit too long and the cup size was small. Looking to make a better choice, I was delighted to find that I could speak to a real person to discuss my needs and she was extremely helpful. I also discussed my concerns about returning the first purchase and was talked through the process. When I did access the returns site, it was extremely easy to use. Everything about my experience was positive and I now have a beautiful, different style swimsuit which fits well.

An issue with my order (my error) was responded to and corrected quickly and my order has just arrived and I'm delighted with the quality. So easy.

I have been a good customer for this brand for years. However in the last order due to a shipping mistake they cannot help and now im £59 out of pocket and no item received. Im sorry but i won't be buying from you ever again if this is the way you treat good customers.

I had a problem with PourMoi website not delivering to Jersey, which they had previously done. Sam in Customer Services was very responsive and helpful and my order was successfully placed within a couple of hours.

I had just received an order and there was a slight problem with one of the bras I ordered. The customer service via online chat was absolutely first class and the issue was sorted for me within minutes and a replacement bra arrived the next day. Absolutely love the Atelier Lace High Apex Lightly Padded Underwired Bra I ordered. A bit more than I would normally spend BUT well worth it. I love it so much I have ordered two more in different colours ❤️ I definitely recommend this company 👍

Pour moi always have a wide and varied range of swimwear and lingerie. I buy often from Pour moi and have never been disappointed. They have a wide range of sizes which is great and the quality of items is always exceptional. When I have had to contact customer services, e.g. regarding a rogue link to a page, the service has been excellent. Sam was swift, helpful and went over and above expectations when helping with my query. I would highly recommend PM for all your holiday and lingerie needs. Always extremely happy with my purchase - both in quality and price!!

The sales assistant Megan could not have done any more for me, being a large curvy girl myself. And she was very young so I did not expect the level of service that I recieved but she was very helpful bringing me sizes and different shapes then making me feel more than ok in them .Great experience.

I didnt change delivery address and they managed to sort it for me. Their swimwear is so good both quality and prices. Customer services are really good.

Excellent customer service from Sam.
I placed an order and only realised afterwards that it was going to incorrect address that would have caused me a problem as miles away as I hadn't updated my address.
Sam managed to catch the order and update with my new address.
I think it really is worth going for a reputable firm such as por moi over things you see advertised online and get sucked in by as I recently brought a bra I'd seen advertised all over Facebook as being all singing all dancing despite never hearing of the company...Needless to say when it arrived it was absolutely awful ! You know por moi is always going to be lovely ! Would recommend

I love PourMoi products and have purchased from them for many years. I recently had an issue with a faulty item (for this first time ever). I literally have never had such a positive experience from customer service. They were extremely quick and super helpful. Other than the fabulous swimwear I get from Pour Moi, the customer service is possibly the best. The agent’s friendly and helpful communication went above my expectations. Overall a very positive experience.
