I would like to recommend pounds to pocket as a great and friendly lender they listen to you and there customer support is second to none you could not ask for a better lender forget the rest use the best.

offer a great easy service...however when u pay every payment on time with no missed payments and nothing changes in your personal circumstances and after topping up twice and paying it all off on time they then all of a sudden decline u!!!!! its a shame cos they lost me as a long term customer because of it. the live chat is very robotic

This is not aimed at any personnel, I have been trying to change my email address, but when I log into my account it won't let me,
All so I keep receiving text messages I can increase my loan, once again I log in and it says my not eligible, if that is the case then please don't text me I can,
I haven't received any emails from yourselves, and when I spoke on live chat your systems are been upgraded.
This I find very frustrating

i have used pounds to pocket twice and in both situations needed the funds immediately.the advisor i spoke to was very helpful and after veryfying my online application the funds were in my account after 20mins which was a great releif.
my second application was much simpler.i did it all online and got the funds in less than half an hour.only negative is the longer you keep the loan the higher interest it will cost.

The customer service is absolutely spot-on, they are so helpful and polite and they make you feel as if they really care, PoundstoPocket offers an exemplary service, number one in my opinion. If I am in need they will be the first company I contact.

Really simple to understand, especially the live chat if there is anything you don't quite 'get'

Ive been a customer of pounds to pocket for a couple of years now and have had 3 loans previously, I have now nearly finished my current loan and could really do with the money but they have declined me, I have never missed a payment and have always paid on time, I get the impression that they will only lend to you so many times and then they will refuse you as they have made there money out of you.
Was really happy up until this, and from reading some of the other reviews this seems like common practise, but never mind, another company will give me it and I will now become a valued customer of there's as I never miss paying, YOUR LOSS!

The company helped me out however despite my excellent payment history they fail to trust me with a further loan , i never missed one payment and always paid on time . i was declined any further finance from them despite my top class payment of my current loan which is almost paid off , sorry but i would not really recommend this company due to very high interest charges and lack of trust to very good customer ,

Having the online chat is very helpful, and saves waiting on the phone! Andrea was very helpful and resolved my question in regards to early payments.

By far the best loan company i have used. I needed some extra funds and pounds to pocket came top of the list. I certainly would use them again and we recommend them.

My total Pounds to Pocket experience has been pleasant, efficient and fast. I find the pounds to pocket website extremely easy to navigate, with the main application form and lending decision process being quick, uncomplicated and fully explanatory. Whether I'm updating personal details or checking my loan eligibility, the site is always clear. Their 'Live Chat' service is another absolutely fantastic feature. The customer service representatives are knowledgable, polite and provide instant help (nothing is too much trouble). However I found all other contact methods for Pounds to Pocket (phone, post, email etc) just as clear and helpful. When all is said and done, I would without a doubt recommend Pounds to pocket to all my friends for quick cash when required.

i trust your company and like your interest rates but,was not happy wth the service from Randall tonight - he could not help me with a £25 top - up i was allowed 3 days ago !

Good customer service and the company does exactly what it says. My only problem was is that you have to contact them to pay a loan off early. I know it may not be in their business model to help customers save money by letting them pay early but I would like to be able to do it via the website instead of contacting them direct.

The customer representative quickly understood my enquiry.
