Applied for a Citizenship card for my son, I needed some help regarding filing in forms no reply for days! Sent another email saying about making a complaint as there was no reply.. had a reply quite quickly after that saying "do not send multiple emails" then continued to ask me questions about the form. Now if they would of replied sooner and not leave it a few days to respond i wouldn't of sent multiple emails! I also paid extra for first class so there should be some sort of urgency there.. not a few days! What a way to speak to a customer! Absolutely disgusting! And I am still waiting for the card to arrive 5 days later! If they can't get the card delivered on time then they shouldn't charge people for first class postage! Very lazy and very rude staff! Will not use again and I do not recommend! Terrible service Absolutely disgusting!

It's a matter of perspective I guess but I ordered 1250e, and 1100 of it was in 50e notes. As we are staying in a small resort I wasn't happy, as experience has taught me local shops aren't impressed. I did send an email querying if there was any way I could change some of it, but it was ignored. Because of this I wouldn't use the service again, though I understand that it wouldn't have been a problem for some. I'd otherwise have been happy to recommend.

Regarding my previous review can the Post Office please kindly respond to clarify if the travel money I paid for should have been available on my arrival at the selected P.O , this will determine whether I use this service again or not

Can't order foreign currency from web site.
Driving license renewal service not working in Post Offices.
No way to see what's down/unavailable.
Apparently both the above have been down for weeks!

Went and exchanged 240 euro for pounds Young Indian fellow gave me £183.21 Taken over £28 fee and did not give me a receipt or any break down of the exchange rate - l feel mugged Something really not right at that post office l actually went back to query it and he was no longer there

Ordered euros to be delivered, heard bad reviews about the card been declined while abroad so got cash to be safe. Bad bad mistake ! The delivery person stole around €900 and post office will
