I made an order which was then messed up by 1 of their employees they told me then that my order could not be changed, so stupidly I paid the extra to receive the extra order now they are saying they haven't recieved my money even though they got sent the screen shots proving I had paid it, they are complete scammers

With regards to the pill boxes arriving crushed, we can only but apologise, however we send out medication fully intact so can only assume it may have been crushed during the postal process. We have fed this back to Royal Mail and as yet not received a response. We hope this does not deter you from ordering in the future with PMP.

We never guarantee brands and dispense from a number of suppliers. This allows us to keep our prices low. If you desire a certain brand or colour tablet, then we would advise you to try other UK regulated pharmacies.
