ARGHHHHHHH

I ordered 3 posters from Posterpagoda mid-May (17th), and they have STILL not arrived (though I understand with COVID going on, still this is way too long). My tracking number has also not moved since May 26th, saying it is still on the plane, from Shanghai to my destination. I am hoping they will either reship it or give me a full refund, though I really wanted the posters as they are very aesthetic looking. One good thing is that they responded to the emails I sent them.

Speed was good, quality was ok

Order mid July and arrived the morning I wrote this review, so compared to other reviews, mine came pretty quick.

I was a bit dissappointed in the quality of the posters, they are not as high-res as they appear on the site which is unfortunate. The quality wasn't horrible, and it's only noticeable if you're up close to the product.

Other than that, I personally didn't have too much trouble.

Just another note - The products ship from Shanghai and therefore most of the shipping information in Chinese, but (for me) there were some translations which made it a bit easier.

Overall, the speed (for me) was quite good, however I wish the quality was a bit higher.

I loved the movies and really wanted…

I loved the movies and really wanted the posters for my boyfriend! It took a while because of COVID but they came and looked great! My BF really enjoyed his princess mononoke poster which made me happy. 😊would definitely buy again

Don’t order from these guys

Ordered mid April and the item still hasn’t arrived. Never responded on Facebook but did respond via email offering a 40% refund. I kindly pointed out that it is against the law not to issue a full refund under the consumer rights act. After which I was offered a full refund. Also the tracking is a load of rubbish as it’s all in Chinese. Even if it had arrived on time I’d not order again because the time it takes to arrive.

Sorry for the confusion there. In our email correspondence, we elucidated the nature of your refund. Your order was not eligible for a full refund until you waited the entire 90 day period (coronavirus extension, not the normal delivery time). You were not understanding of our company's refund policy and threatened legal action. We were forced to refund you the full amount prematurely because we are a small business having a hard time right now and cannot handle any litigation. I hope this cleared things up for you. Enjoy your posters when you receive them free of charge. Thank you.

It's been almost 2 months

So I wrote a review complaining because it's been a really long time and I'd essentially just wrote the money off. But after 50 days it just randomly showed up. So I guess just kinda forget about it and it might show up.

Where is my delivery?

Where is my delivery?
Have order two posters in April and still haven't received them. I do have a tracking number but the package seems blocked somewhere in between China and Belgium (for more than a month)! I have sent emails to Poster pagoda and I haven't received any response back !
