Svarar aldrig i telefon eller på Mail.
Vid själva postboxen har butiksinnehavaren flyttat in postboxarna på ”privat” område så att man inte har tillgång till dem.
Dessutom påstår han att jag inte har någon postbox där trots att jag visat upp både avtal, kvitto och Mail från Postbox24 med min postboxadress.

Råkade ändra lösenord till min postbox och bad om att de skulle nollställa det. Fick ingen återkoppling trots 10+ mejl. ”Företaget” svarar aldrig på telefon. Försökte ringa över 20 gånger på olika tider. Ringde från dolt nummer och då svarade de och var mycket hotfulla. Påstod att de redan hade nollställt lösenordet. Jag förklarade att jag stod vid postboxen och att så inte var fallet. Frågade även varför de ej svarar på mejl. Då blev p resonen ännu argare och la på luren i örat på mig. Vidrigt bemötande, 0 service.
