We had a super ugly mailbox and wanted to make the curb appeal of our home a little more… appealing! We’re so glad we ordered with these guys! Our mailbox is really pretty, compliments our home and we’ve gotten a lot of inquiries about where we got it. I love that we decided to get the wood looking door. It really makes it look even more custom. Very happy!

Love our mailbox! It took a little longer than expected to receive, but the quality is amazingly high. Definitely worth the wait. This is a high end product. We've had so many of our neighbors ask where we got it, now we're seeing them pop up all over the neighborhood! Looking at their other products now to match for curb appeal.

Lasted through the Utah winter as well, no issues at all. Highly recommended

I have yet to receive my mailbox that was ordered over 5 weeks ago. When purchased it stated delivery in 7-10 days. I’ve gone back and forth with what I assume is a bot full of smoke and mirrors promising to escalate and expedite email after email. They rejected my request for a refund and $150 later still no human interaction or mailbox. My “shipping label” was created almost a month ago. They just keep lying about the status of my order instead of being upfront. I just want my money back! Keep your fancy mailbox as you seem to already be doing!

ONE YEAR UPDATE. Insntalled a wall mounted mailbox from these guys almost a year ago and it still looks brand new. The product is amazing, its sturdy, and the quality is clear. The product is so worth it! I recommend them to everyone!

I placed an order early May for both a mailbox post and a daily mailbox. 2 months later, I have only received the post the mailbox still hasn't arrived.

The biggest disappointment has been the customer service. Communication has been extremely poor, updates have been inconsistent, and getting clear answers has been frustrating. After waiting this long, I have completely lost confidence in the company.

If you're considering ordering from Porch & Post, be aware that delivery may take far longer than expected, and if something goes wrong, don't expect helpful customer support.

Unfortunately, this has been a very disappointing experience. Never again.

Website allowed me to place an order for mailboxes at a discount price. I waited WEEKS. Boxes never arrived. When I reached out, they said they would need to refund me because their system had an error and allowed me to order boxes at a discount. What??? They should have comped me for THEIR error. Unacceptable and TERRIBLE experience.

I love my post and porch mailbox! It was so easy to install and matches the front of our house perfectly. It’s worth the wait!

We have an older home but recently renovated and the mailbox is so outdated. We decided to go with Post and Porch and it has made our house so much more appealing!

We got the planter pots and address plaque—we love how they elevated the exterior of our home! Beautiful products!!

Stay away from this company until Post & Porch updates their online store. They offer no indication of what items are in stock or backordered, and there's no heads up on lead times. Even worse, Post & Porch will print shipping labels for items that won't ship for over four weeks! This is no way to do business online.

I love Post & Porch! While I did have to wait longer than Lowe's or Home Depot, I got a fully custom mailbox that looks exceptionally beautiful in front of my home. Danny, the owner, was so kind and nice. His team sent updates via email throughout the entire process. It was cool knowing my personalized mailbox was made by a small team in the USA! I can tell it was handled with care. And weather? It's fully weather-proof. My mail is never soggy -- thank the lord. You won't be disapointed with this little company!

It finally came! And it looks great. Took awhile but after emailing back and forth it arrived. Love the wood door look, very sleek and stylish. This definitely upgraded our sidewalk appeal.

I really love this mailbox. I ordered the Malone mailbox in black. Shipping took longer than initially expected but the customer service was great. Very high quality mailbox. I get compliments all the time. I purchased their address planter a few years ago and liked it so much that I got the mailbox too. Very satisfied.

We had to wait a little to get our new mailbox but we’re so glad we held out, we love it! Super high quality and was the perfect addition to our yard! Highly recommend!

I ordered my mailbox and it took a little longer than I expected but it was worth the wait. I also under stand small businesses have to figure things out and I’m sure it’s just part of the process of a small growing company. Super stoked to have got mine! great quality and looks great. I’d buy again hands down.

I placed a standard order on June 9 for a Malone Post‑Mounted Mailbox (Corten Steel/Patina, Regular) and a matching post. My card was charged immediately. The product page states a maximum shipping time of 14 days, and my order confirmation did not include any lead-time information.

A FedEx tracking number was created on June 22, but it never updated. After reviewing the FAQ, I found that the lead time listed on the product page is incorrect and that orders can take up to four weeks. Customer service later stated: “Our processing and shipping timeline for mailboxes is typically 2–5 weeks due to high demand and the made-to-order nature of our products. Shipping then takes an additional 5–10 business days after dispatch.”

On July 2, I requested my order be canceled. They responded the same day, offering a 15% discount instead of canceling. I declined and reiterated my cancellation request that same day.

It then took eight days for them to respond. They stated it would take an additional 5–10 days for their warehouse to process the cancellation. It is unclear whether an additional 5–10 days will be required for the refund to post to my credit card after that.

This process has taken far too long. Given their advertising presence on Google and availability on Amazon and Home Depot, the “made-to-order” claim is questionable. The extended and shifting timelines suggest overseas fulfillment.

Even accounting for the July 4th holiday, the delays are excessive and communication has been inconsistent. They have an F rating on BBB and reviews show the same issues since '23. Their other dba's are Modern Aspect and Herald Signs, LLC. They have no presence on LinkedIn, I question if they have any real stateside employees.

They have terribole customer service. I tried to change my order within the acceptable time frame. Their website says they will contact customer within 24 to 48 hours. It has been 15 days and no word from the customer service.

This company is a complete joke. They took over 6 weeks to ship two mailboxes. Was told after the fact that mailboxes are only compatible with their own posts. Tried setting up a return and it auto-rejects on their site with no explanation. Not sure why they have a customer service phone number - I’ve tried calling 100 times and it only goes to VM. No messages have been returned. About as poor of an experience as possible. Guess I’m out $180 with nothing to show for it but stress and wasted time.

Just like everyone else reported this company cannot deliver a mailbox in a timely manner. We ordered ours on June 3rd and was told it would ship in 8-12 business days. They take over a week to respond to emails and cannot confirm a shipping date. Giving them 24 hours to confirm my last email or I'm filing a BBB complaint and having the charge on my credit card reversed.
