Fake delivery issues

Had several issues with post Lu. I’ve made orders on amazon and delivery was made by post lu. I stay in the hotel which is open 24/7 but my tracking says “ Delivery attempted - Business closed”. They do a fake scans and keep parcel in the office so you have to go there and pick up yourself. Unfortunately, i don’t stay long enough to catch it. Awful service.

🇫🇷 Problème récurrent depuis des années avec des courriers ouverts.
Aujourd’hui, le 2 janvier 2026, je viens de recevoir un courrier d’un service administratif luxembourgeois (données confidentielles), daté du 30 décembre, livré aujourd’hui, et dont l’enveloppe était recollée à plusieurs endroits avec du scotch.
Je constate que ce problème a recommencé depuis environ 4 mois.

Des plaintes avaient déjà été déposées par le passé, entre 2019 et 2023, lorsque le courrier dépendait du bureau de Bascharage.
Depuis 2025, ces problèmes se reproduisent à nouveau avec le bureau de POST Pétange.

Situation très inquiétante et totalement inacceptable, en particulier pour du courrier administratif et confidentiel.

🇬🇧 A recurring problem for years involving opened mail.
Today, January 2, 2026, I received a letter from a Luxembourg administrative authority (confidential data), dated December 30, delivered today, with the envelope opened and resealed in several places using tape.
I have noticed that this issue has started again over the past 4 months.

Complaints had already been filed in the past, between 2019 and 2023, when the mail was handled by the Bascharage post office.
Since 2025, these problems have started again with the POST Pétange office.

This situation is very concerning and completely unacceptable, especially when it involves administrative and confidential mail.

Post should deliver

Post should deliver, not a single time this organization completed its mission. This is governmental structure is complete joke which is getting paid from tax money. Absolutely 0 service.

THE WORST SERVICE

I may have to literally sleep by my mailbox to get my parcels. I can't even count the number of times the postman didn't deliver my parcels. He comes, rings, I answer (VOCALISED) and buzz him in to PUT THE PARCEL on the inside. When I rush to get downstairs no parcel, but a "prewritten" note telling me to go to the post office. It doesn't even make sense complaining because they also do nothing. Why does the mailman get paid if he doesn't deliver??? For almost one year now this foolishness has been happening!!!!

Failed to deliver package of 700 EUR

On 9th of December, I received email from the merchant that the parcel was delivered, while not received. I checked their website and the package seemed not delivered due to unverified address. I called the same day 2 times and I sent 2 messages through their website to outline the importance of the package; they reassured me that in 2 days they would have it in Cloche D Or's POST. However, the next day I saw on their website that they had sent it back to the sender. I called and they refused to help and to reimburse.

No shame to lie or have poor performance

Two days in a row they claim MID DAY via email that they cannot deliver a package to the address which is a factory with 300 employees and two receptions open all day !!!! The first day I had called 8002 8004 but that didn’t change anything the second day, they repeat their lies…

Terrible!!!

Terrible!!!! The delivery guy signed and left my package at the main door of the building. Therefore, it’s been stolen! They dont admit their mistakes! Be careful!!

Very poor service

Very poor service. Instead of taking a parcel to the nearest post office, they took it to the other end of town. They don't even apologise, 'it's a mistake'.

Terrible customers’ service, outdated working style

The waiting time at the kiosk Belle Etoile
was more than 45 minutes. The hotline was wasting time. The customer service department didn’t resolve any issues. I tried to find or to know the name of the chief manager of the customers’ department and to write to him/her the letter of complaint but no success.

Internet is so bad…

Internet is so bad i cant even see a youtube video and they tell me on the phone that the internet is good and its not

Waste of time, money and energy

Sent a parcel via "Recommande", for an additional cost, from Luxembourg to Colombia. After a month and a half, the parcel is still stuck in an airport. As Post Lu does not transfer the parcel directly and depends on third parties I'd recommend anyone considering Post LU for sending parcels to foreign countries, to send it directly via internationally operating companies. Waste of money, time and energy.

If anyone knows how to retrieve my parcel, let me know. RR264029104LU.

More than 5 days delay and still not…

More than 5 days delay and still not delivered for a package coming from less than 200 km away (other postal services and couriers manage this in less than 2 days) then they Changed the address 3 times although the correct address was given from the start and I had to reach out myself every time to correct it again as the driver is not allowed to call, the customer service gave 3 (!) different explanations on why they changed the address ... if your packages and deliveries are important to you, avoid Post.lu

If it's not delivered again this time I will declare it lost and claim for insurance

Well greased up and entanged with the goverment and other structures.

Front office workers are sedated. Back office is somewhat helpful. Upper management is a mobster style cartel. Not even mentioning the Hamilius building and so many small offices. Those are creme de la creme Money laundering professionals. Probably well greased up and entangled with the shady part of goverment structures and investors.

What a terrible experience I had with…

What a terrible experience I had with one of the delivery guy of Post LU (Differdange Area) yesterday, I arrived from work and saw the letter on the ground and very wet! that’s only the first part , Secondly since I’m not be able to receive because I’m at work they put the WRONG tracking Id number ! and for the last part they forgot to put the address where to get the package ! I had to call them to know where did they brought my package! a

The word is not only damn but “extremely STUPID “ !

Customer service = 0

Very arrogant in their attitude regarding customers.
I went their and asked help with their ticket machine. The security said “can’t you read!? Here you have to read, not ask questions!”. Very rude.
The guy at the telecom desk was not interested to help me playing all the time with his brand new iphone (private use) instead of helping me. They refuse to let you keep your modem even though i bought it there years ago. They refuse to give you the codes allowing you to set up your devices as their technical stuff do not take in charge. So how can you do if they don’t give you the codes nor install it.
They don’t know their price lists. I had to call several times, everytime different prices going from 54 eur to 105 eur! They have a monopol situation on the market. They make fun of people and don’t respect you!
Definitely a company not to work with.

Delivery time is awsome

Never have been disappointed with delivery service of Poste! Always in time, tracking the package is accurate, and the items are always in good condition. Whenever I see my package will be delivered by Poste, I know it is in safe hands

Customer Support attitude

Had issues with Packup box and contacted Customer Support. All I got back was attitude of the CS person and no help at all. I have worked in CS myself so I would never be rude to companies when contacting them, but to receive this out of the blue attitude from CS was shocking.
