Their website said "50+ In Stock" so I ordered on the 4/03/26. Nothing was sent. I messaged them on the 6/03/26 and they did not even bother to reply (even to this day no reply). They finally sent the order on 9/03/26.

Overall the price was good but when they say they have stock you would expect it to be sent that day or the next day but nope.

Also, look closely at the positive review at the bottom: it is by "POS Plaza" so they posted the review themselves. I pointed this out to Trustpilot as it is a breach of their rules to post a positive review if you are a member of the company (there is even an option in the report dialog) but Trustpilot did not seem to care.

Our sports canteen bought a POS screen system (in September) based on the information that the canteen software would run on android OR apple. Turns out that's not correct and it will only run on ipad. POSplaza's website maintains returns have to be within 2 weeks, otherwise too bad. We did try to return it in October - a month afterwards, and were refused under their 14 day policy. In early December I attempted to return the item again under Australian Consumer Law as the item is "not fit for purpose" - not faulty, but we cannot use it. This has been refused.

Have bought quite a few Pos products from POS Plaza in the last 4 years since I have been in my current position. The service has always been courteous and the advice given professional.

Worst experience of my life! Not only did they give me the wrong advice on a zebra printer. But when it arrived and it was wrong I returned it & they wouldn’t accept it because there was a small amount of ink on the box (from the courier) scribbling put the original delivery address! They said I need to pay the full $1000 for the 2 printers. They said even if they accepted it, which they won’t, they would charge me a 20% re shelving fee. These guys are scammers & I recommend going elsewhere!

Over the past few years, Prateek has given us great advice over the chat and email when purchasing gear for our retail stores. They sell the best gear, 3d barcode scanners, receipt printers, label printers. They also sell a lot of the accessories that go with there product. The team even rushed some labels out to us overnight from Sydney to Ulladulla. Thanks guys.
