Quick shipping of probiotic. I'm a bit worried about the buttermilk as it says it needs to be frozen until use and it was not sent to me frozen. So we will see how it works when I try making buttermilk.

I totally recommend their services. I ordered yogurt cultures twice, both orderings arrived within just only 5 days in switzerland and every single one of the cultures produced a unique yogurt. My third order was fresh milk kefir grains and cotton straining bags and the kefir grains recovered very quickly from the long trip. All the products have an outstanding quality, are packaged really well and came in cute envelopes. i love that sabrina has different milk kefir strains with different characteristics, i couldnt find this anywhere else and also the website is very very beautiful. Costumer service is very quick and informative too.

Super fast shipping of the sourdough starters I ordered. Great info and tips on website how to activate, including recipes for bread once you are ready to go.
I have baked one bread so far following the No-Knead recipe exactly. Came out perfect!
Note: The King Arthur website has great recipes for sourdough discards. So much better than tossing the discard away when you don't need another bread.

So far, everything I have ordered, has been true to the good reviews. I was impressed with my Scoby starter, as well as my culture starter for sour dough. I will order again. I do wish there was an easier way to obtain the directions for use. However, I worked through issues, just fine.

I had told several of my friends and family, posted comments on Nextdoor app when sharing interesting things we do during this challenging times. I stated making probiotics yogurt, how my husband & I had been loosing weight instead of gaining. We started in February eating Amasi yogurt a mesophilic type, it's like eating icecream. We look forward every day to have our yogurt, considering it as dessert at night. We added a little homemade marmalade or store bought jam then added muesli. Weight keep melting away. I was 133 lbs last Dec, now end of April I weigh in 120 lbs. Hubby was 178 lbs now 161 lbs.
Our testimonial, it may differ with every person. Our skin still remain tight not wrinkly.
