Kaplan Bournemouth is more than just a school. From the first day, I felt welcomed. My teachers were so patient and they made every lesson fun and useful. The school is only a few minutes from the town centre and the beach, so you can study and enjoy at the same time. I made friends from different countries and my confidence in speaking English is much better now. I will never forget my time there.

I don't recommend this experience. It's far too expensive for what it is.

The classes aren't interesting. I went to Kaplan to improve my English, especially my grammar, but the only thing we do in class is have conversations. The teachers are nice, but far from professional.

They advertise small classes (maximum 12 students), but I ended up in classes of 22 students where we had to sit two to a table.

The cafeteria food is terrible—just fries, pasta, burgers, or tacos. Nothing healthy and no variety at all.

I stayed with a host family to improve my English, but the family didn't say a word to me. I ate alone after they had all gone to their rooms, and the parents didn't speak English very well, so I couldn't make any progress. However, the house was clean, and the meals were neither good nor bad; they were acceptable.

In conclusion, I absolutely do not recommend this experience as it is far too expensive and full of lies from the salespeople, but in the end, there was nothing to show for it.

I can only strongly warn anyone against booking with this provider. I worked extremely hard for months to save up for this LA language trip, prepared everything meticulously, and was ready to go three days before departure.
Then, just three days before my flight (!), they suddenly informed me that the housing option I had specifically booked was no longer available. Instead of honoring our contract, they attempted to force me into an opaque, completely unvetted apartment in a location far away (Downtown Santa Monica instead of Westwood). They provided virtually no transparency, no detailed info, and zero pictures regarding the safety or living conditions of this replacement—a completely unacceptable and risky situation, especially for a solo traveler.
This is not customer service; it is a total organizational failure and a severe breach of contract. They clearly gamble on customers giving in out of desperation right before their trip.
Absolute disappointment, zero reliability, and a complete nightmare. Anyone who books here is taking a massive gamble with their money, time, and personal safety. I demand a full, immediate refund and strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this company.

It was nice place to learn English in Vancouver. Location was nice and I loved classes too.

I paid for a 1 month online course on your school site. But I didn't receive either an invoice or any further information about the course that is scheduled to start on October 5. I sent an email but I haven't received any answered yet. I am so worried about it.

Kaplan Oxford is a nice place where you can learn English in an attractive, beautiful and captivating atmosphere.
From the moment you enter the reception area, the atmosphere becomes friendly and welcoming. The cafeteria, the patio and the inner garden are very pleasant to hang out with the classmates.
The classrooms have a good size to accomodate until 15 classmates seated in university chairs. The teacher works with a keyboard and an electronic white board. The method followed is a well thought one so that you can keep your concentration all the time from the class beginning. The teacher are good trained and I can say that all of them have an enviable calmness and patience to teach, repeat, and make sure that we all understand the subject. A very special thank you to the teachers I had, especially Teo, Cat and Andy.
I'm only giving it 4 stars because I believe nothing in life is perfect. I took a four-week advanced course and came to Oxford with the intention of mastering the local accent. I would have loved it if all the teachers at that level had been native speakers from the region.
