Portvalueline is a SCAM Beware!!!
Beware: Portvalueline keeps changing its withdrawal requirements. The first demand was a $15,750.00 deposit, and they even said part of that could be transferred from a friend. After months of trying to meet this requirement and finally depositing $15,750.00, Portvalueline is now demanding an additional $7,500.00 before you can withdraw a single dime from your account.
