I have ordered a pair or earring more than three weeks ago. I was charged and no shipping provided. I still haven’t got the earrings. I have contacted customer services several times without Ary response back. SCAM company.
This is a scam.
I’ve been waiting for weeks since I placed my order. No reply from the admin, no idea where my order is, no one I could reach out to. Absolutely a scam.
Really poor customer service. After 26 days, I have still not received any notification that my order has been shipped despite the website stating items will be shipped in 2-3 days. I have emailed customer service three times kindly requesting an update on my order but I still have not received any response. The radio silence from the customer service team is both frustrating and concerning.
An absolute disgusting seller who is completely untrustworthy. I bought her gold croissant ring who she claims in her description that it was made from sterling silver and promises it was tarnish free. Within 3 weeks of the purchase it already started to tarnish and revealed copper underneath which proves that it is NOT made from sterling silver as she has promised. I confronted her with evidence and images to show her what I meant, because I would never make a statement without backup or evidence and the seller completely denied and ignored them and made rude remarks. Her customer service was an utter disgrace and I have never encoutnered such a rude, untrustworthy seller before. I am truly mortified and I can not believe she is not even ashamed of herself. Her description was a complete lie and it's shocking that she is false advertising like that.
I am GENUINELY horrified from this experience. People please be aware of this seller!

What can I say other than beautiful.....I ordered the baroque pearl choker and pendant combo, whether worn separately or together they are stunning, elegant and timeless. Great service, excellent communication, would highly recommend!
The wrong necklace turned up and it tool 2 weeks to be delivered.
