We purchased our new build home back in 2020.

Between us and our neighbours we've encountered nothing but issues. The exterior is designed to look nice, but everything else has been poorly executed.

Plumbing issues such as leaky bathrooms, roof issues, drainage problems, heating problems, faulty electrics, snagging still not resolved from when we first moved in, the list continues.

And to make matters worse, Portdevon are unresponsive. If you want a resolution, you need to escalate to third parties.

Overall, a truly awful company. If you're thinking of buying a home from them, don't.

Shocking customer service. Portdevon don't pick up the phone or reply to emails, and their relationships with various contractors seem to continually breakdown. They even ignored the independent company that deemed Portdevon had broken the consumer code by not addressing some of the issues in our home. Nice looking homes, but avoid this company at all costs. They benefit from a clearly flawed system that means they have no accountability whatsoever.

Nice aesthetics but our building is constantly flooded due to terrible plumbing work across the building. Four years in and most of us have experienced some issues, including inherently with electricity.

Port Devon have always distanced themselves and do nothing to help once they get their money
