Not worth the trouble

This company does not honor their promos and after waiting more than five months for the fenders "included" with a promo offer I had to spend $50 of my money to get what I was supposed to get for free with the purchase of my e-bike. I even called the store to let them know the parent company had the fenders in stock and was told no worries I would get a tracking number in a week. I waited a week and then just bought them myself. These guys have nothing but excuses and should not be trusted.
