Porsche Newcastle Reviews 

Called in this morning with what I thought was a simple servicing question.

On entering the dealership I was immediately asked what my visit related to and with a “I’ll get someone to attend to you”, was offered a seat. So far, so good.

After quite a while someone did return to ask what I required and I again explained my request. They couldn’t help but did say they would find someone to attend to me.

I waited, and waited, had a look at the shiny new cars, inspected the extensive range of accessories and eventually someone approached and asked “what can I help you with? They couldn’t help, but promised to find someone to attend to me.

I waited another ten minutes or so, being ignored by staff who were having a chat amongst themselves, or walking around carrying clipboards. Then I left.

Typical main dealer experience, beautifully presented, impressive facilities, but underneath, no real use.

Great experience learning and selecting our first big family Porsche! This is the second time we’ve been into the dealership as we couldn’t decide on Porsche or a RR. Have decided to place an order based on the quality of the car (obviously 😂) but also because of the professionalism and care of the staff. Even when we were more swayed to another manufacturer, they were humble, customer focused and really wanted to make sure we got something right for us… and it has definitely paid off as we are ordering from them. Thanks to all the sales and reception team at Newcastle.

I recently purchased my dream car from Porsche and in terms of my expectations from my sales exec , Chris Parker , these were way over. Chris was incredibly patient , very knowledgable and he took the time and effort to talk to me , even outside of working hours, and I felt very special and valued as a Porsche customer. Anyone buying a car from Porsche at Newcastle - speak to Chris Parker !

Went in to look at a couple of cars . Got blanked by the salesman outside . Went inside to find someone walked in waited and waited no one about just walked out with speaking to one person. I have looked through previous reviews and they only respond to positive news . So they are clearly not interested in other views

Recently picked up my Brand New Macan GTS, sadly it had a slight build fault, after contacting Michael Julian at the centre my car was booked in to go to the body shop a replacement car was waiting for me. My car was repaired to a high standard.
Michael was very professional in his approach to the issue I had with my Macan & I have to say he took control & sorted everything for me.
Amazing customer care from Michael as always.

I have just bought my first Porsche yesterday. From Porsche centre Newcastle. (April 2023)
It’s been dream for a while to own a Porsche. I can’t believe the excellent customer service I received from Chris Parker, he has been so friendly from my first initial telephone enquiry in buying my Porsche Cayman, guiding me through the process, and offering me further appointments to see how I’m getting on with my car.
Everything I’ve received was to a high standard of service. So thanks to Chris.
I’d also like to extend my thanks to their friendliness and to Georgia on reception on her friendliness to my mother who also popped into the showroom to see my car.
I can definitely see me being a Porsche customer for a very long time.

Do not buy from this dealer. They are Porsche authorised but NOT actual Porsche. Contacted the finance and they can’t help as they are not Porsche, they are a franchise. They will lie to you. Sold me a car with many issues and not resolved it. FRASER WATSON (the salesman) begged me for a review once delivered and then disappeared on me. HE IS A CON ARTIST. I have been promised a call back from manager and that has never happened either. KEEP AWAY FROM
THESE AT ALL COSTS.

Just sold my Macan back to Porsche Newcastle- which I bought from them a year ago- and got the same professional service- great advice and Lee Vaughan did exactly what he said he would. Thanks again Porsche Newcastle… I’ll be back with my Macan EV order in 2024

After booking a appointment and driving 120 mile round trip ,I was looked after by another salesman called Chris,which I was so pleased as the first sales man give me wrong information,if I was giving the right information I could have saved the trip,but the customer service Chris gave me was second to none,this customer care you don’t get at other garages,Chris’s apology was not needed as it was not his fault,he could not have done anything else to make my experience better, hopefully in the future I can get what I want and will go no further than Chris at this garage .thanks Chris

Being our first look at Porsche we were a little nervous not knowing the models or what we were really looking for but from the minute we walked through the door Chris Parker and Simon the business manager put us at ease and even to the point where Chris bought the car to our home to try as we had a busy week , above and beyond !, excellent service ,very friendly and will recommend to everyone ,looking forward to our new Macan order

Needed a wheel bolt key. Porsche were useless and couldn't help with my issue.

Being on the hunt for a new vehicle for quite some time and having my heart set on a Porsche meant that I had a few experiences with various local garages to me and I must say the service I received from Porsche Newcastle was the best by far most noticeably from Chris Parker.

I have been updated throughout the whole process and everything has been clear and concise. Buying a car should always be a joyous journey but sadly quite often it isn't. However as mentioned above I cannot talk more highly of Chris and the team at Newcastle.

Good service is rare to find and should always be rewarded!
