I LOVE my suit!

I LOVE my suit! The quality is great and it is super cute on. I did have to exchange for a larger top. Customer service was quick to respond and exchange. The small bottoms fit well but an extra small option would be nice.

You won't get your money back!

Buyers beware! I ordered roughly $240 worth of swimsuits to try on because they claim to offer returns within 30 days. When I followed their return process they said they could only refund me $80 due to shipping costs. Unacceptable!

Love my purchases!

I really wanted a super-bright 2 piece for this summer’s pool season and am blown away by the vibrancy of my suits! One did arrive that was less stretchy than expected/ran small and even though I sized up as instructed I needed one more size up to be comfortable. Popvil’s CS team has been very responsive and is assisting me with my request which is so refreshing! Don’t hesitate to trust them with your business! Adorable options, colors and outstanding CS - win win WIN!

good customer service

I love the swimsuit, I had an issue with the sizing for the top but they had a few options for me to help me get the right one. I appreciate their willingness to help me get the one that will fit, and customer service was quick to reply to me from the first email I sent!

Good customer service

I had an issue receiving the quality of my order. Though there is a lag in response time due to the time difference in china. They worked with me to get this resolved. Curbany, waiting for my replacement will send another update.
