Cancelled subscription 3/1. 10 days before auto renewal. Received confirmation of cancellation. Then was still billed for it 10 days later.

This company is shady af. They offer NO WAY for customers to manage their own payment information. When I reached out to inquire, I got a response days later from someone, asking me to provide the new CC information over email. Absolutely not. Just stay away.

Terrible experience. Requested a refund and im totally being ignored. Its been 4 days and still no response

Reported an issue (to Emily in their Chat Support) with their Popup Builder plugin . . . Doesnt allow scrolling on Landscape format PDF's and also doesn't allow any zooming of Landscape PDF's . . . then over a 2 month period contacted them 2 more times, other than we are looking into it, I've heard nothing else about my issue. So I change all my online documents to Portrait (not great for Desktop Screens) or I lose those important features due to a bug in their plugin.

I purchased Geo Targeting Extension. I purchased the extension to show the popup on a state named Alabama. When i noticed Alabama is missing from the states dropdown, i contacted them. I said it's a bug of their extension but they refused and said it's a feature to add to their extension and they will add it. I reported to them on dated 06-09-2021. Still they are saying this task is in their to do list. No ETA for this. So the extension is totally useless for me!! Very disappointing experience with them :(

At first I wasn't convinced I could get the popup looking how I wanted but it did!!! Beautifully! Quite easy to use once familiar with it and the support is AMAZING. I am very happy with the result! More than 80 people saw the popup within the first 20 minutes of going live. Woot woot!

Great plugin, does exactly what we need and comes with excellent support

Great plugin to implement all kind of popups. Installation and creating a popup ist very simple and self-explaining. I like the many different trigger- and design-options, so its possible to create a perfect fitted popup for your website or landing page. I had a few questions about the "exit intent" extension - the support was very friendly and informative, also they answered fast.

The plugin is great. Functionality surpasses all other similar plugins. It adapts well to computers and mobile phones. Options are really maximum. Support is fast, professional, kind in everything. I'm very satisfied with all features, and I definitely recommend.

This is actually my first time using the popup builder plugin and has experienced a hiccup on my end since I couldn't make this specific function to work on my website. But good thing that Emily is there to help resolve my concern. Thank you so much for the wonderful support!

I was looking for the plugin to create the popup to collect the subscribers and I came across the Popup Builder.
Even with the free version of the plugin I was able to achieve the goal and have the pretty good-looking popup.
The plugin is very easy to use, but in case you have any difficulties with that, the knowledge-based articles help you a lot.
Customer support is always there to answer all your questions and that was one of the reasons I chose the plugin.
So, it is highly recommended.

The overall experience is good. I can tell they have put a lot of time into developing the product it's also new and I've discovered decal glitches. That said when I reach out, they are very fast to respond and take action to quickly update the software to meet our needs. They go above and beyond what most software companies offer when it comes to customer support. I really value and appreciate that!
