SCAM- ordered 4 size mediums and received 2XL, two Larges and a medium. Company asked to make it right but I want to return because poor quality, size Larges varied too much and order took 6 weeks to arrive. Company has not responded so I filed complaint with FTC.
DO NOT buy from this company!!!!! I thought I was buying a super cute dress, waited 2 months to receive it, when it got here not only did it not fit but the seam on the back of the dress was messed up and bunched from poor sewing. Tried to return the dress, took a week for someone to respond and o it for them to tell me I couldn’t return it. Horrible customer service and terrible product. Super disappointing since I like to buy from small companies. Almost like they make poor quality because they are scamming people.
Horrible quality! I bought 3 shirts. Would never purchase anything from them again. One of the shirts I ordered was sewn so incorrectly, that it can’t even be put on. They won’t replace it. What a POS company.
Will not accept returns if item does not fit
Do not buy from this company. The clothes are not of good quality, they do not follow their return policy on their website, and the customer service teams says they will refund you so much money and then they don't. I was promised a 60% refund because two of the items I received were horrible- they sent back $18 when I was due $45.
Items were not the quality shown online. Tried to contact by email to set up return but no response.
Worst customer service ever. Sizes are not accurate. Clothing runs small and the company won't allow a return! (Found out after 4 emails) Wish i did my research before ordering!!
I would give these people negative stars if I could. I ordered 3 dresses against my better judgment and of course, they were awful. I couldn't even try them on because they smelled like they were dipped in chemicals before being shipped. I emailed them twice as the website says and no one got back to me. Created a PayPal dispute and they finally answered the dispute by saying they would accept the return but I have to pay for it. IT WOULD COST DOUBLE TO RETURN.
I would give them 0 stars if I could. You can’t return items. They say you can but they never respond to emails and there is no customer service or phone number.
The site shipping is so fast,only took 7 days to get my package, they have a lot of beautiful dress, what i order is a lace dress for my graduation, I like it so much, recommend to my friends.
