Since I first signed on to this service, I have received nothing less than excellent service, immediate response to an issue and clear and precise transparency on pricing

My laundry service attendant was amazing. She was super friendly. And made the experience personal. I like being able to put a face to the person and speak directly with them. Only down side is I wish it was quicker, but I understand why it’s not.

As a 76 year old woman living in a second floor apartment carrying my laundry up and down the stairs became very risky. Poplin solve that problem for me. My laundry is picked up and delivered right to my door which is fantastic. It is returned washed, dried and folded ready to put away better than I could do myself.
The Laundry Pros are easy to communicate with, answer texts almost immediately and are very accommodating to specific requests. They are very helpful and honest, especially when finding things in my son's pants pockets.
I also love the options that you get regarding detergent, softener etc. The Laundry Pros always do their best to do your laundry the way you like it. Let's face it, when it comes to our laundry, whether it's closed, bedding, towels or whatever, we all have our own preferences. Poplin realizes it's not a One Size Fits All service.

This is the greatest modern day convenience for households having too much fun to stop for laundry! Easy peasy, too! Just download the app, create an order, put your laundry in the pickup spot and you are back to fun! Your laundry will be delivered washed, dried and folded. All you have to do is put it away! Love!

Poplin is a reliable laundry delivery service with the caveat of our preferred service person: Sara. Utlizing the "preferred Poplin person" function on their app is the best way to go with this service app! Sara's attention to our laundry preferences and her added touches of perfectly folded laundry in easy to handle clear bags with these attached thoughtful stickers has us reordering with her as our preferred Poplin person. We tried having another Poplin laundry person once, and they did not do a great job at all. This laundry service works because of particular service employees' personal touches and attention to the client's preferences.

Responsive crew. Timely deliveries. Excellent service. As an owner of STRs, I should have signed up years ago!

I had an amazing experience with Poplin, and Sara did a fantastic job! The service was incredibly quick, and the entire process was so convenient. I love that I can schedule a pickup, go about my day, and have my clothes returned neatly folded, smelling fresh, and beautifully packaged.

With my busy schedule, laundry is one less thing I have to worry about. Having that extra time to focus on other priorities while still receiving excellent service is absolutely priceless. Sara handled everything with care, and the quality exceeded my expectations.

Wonderful service a very clean and fresh clothes. My preferred person Justine is amazing!

Poplin markets its laundry services to seniors, but families should understand the limits before booking.

We disclosed on the intake order that the clothing contained urine and paid an additional $20 for the senior services package. The laundry belonged to an elderly, frail woman with dementia. After accepting the order, Poplin refused to clean the items and stated that they do not handle that type of soiled laundry. On their website, they charge an extra $20 for those stated types of laundry. Very clearly.

Afterward, we were blocked by the person handling the order, which made the situation even more frustrating and left us without a reasonable path to resolve the issue directly.

Poplin may work for active, independent seniors with regular laundry. It was not appropriate for our family’s needs, and the “senior services” language felt misleading. Families caring for seniors with dementia, frailty, incontinence, or higher-care needs should immediately look else where.

Poplin has been life saving if you can find a good poplin. I have had my majority of mix of good and bad but once you find the one you stick with them!

Ppplin has changed my life I can't walk up & down the stairs due to Lung disease i cant do my laundry. i saw your advertisement on Facebook give you all a try and I love yous Thank you so much Sandra Davis Dawn Henry

Good experience. Prompt, clean and nicely folded. Good communication. Made my life easy!

When my washer died I intended to order a new one. Then I discovered poplin and never looked back. I just leave my clothes on my doorstep and they are back the next day. Washed, dried, sorted and neatly folded.

My laundry was picked up sooner than expected and dropped off early. I've a bad back right now so, this service is so helpful.
