They deliverer broken goods, and refuse to pay back the full amount 😡
I payed around 75 dollars, received a broken projector, and now they will pay me back 5 dollars…
After 20 mails, they are now able to pay back 13 dollars.
Maybe in 2027 I will get my full amount back.. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Pascal De Savoye I completely agree with you the exact same thing happened me brought the item in November for a Xmas present and it didn’t arrive till January they also have refused to give me a full refund and offered a miserable 8USD as compensation I’m like no I want all my money back the. They proceeded to say that shipping it back to them would be expensive utterly pissed off with them how dare they take money and send something that doesn’t work along with that I had to buy a universal plug to plug the damn thing in costing me another €20…
Anyone thing of purchasing anything from this so called company don’t you’ll receive crap and no help when its faulty

I brought a 5+1 hot air styler for 56$ trusting their site , But when I received the product it was extremely cheap china made product which was made with cheap material . I send them email to refund me the amount but never got a reply from them . Please don not trust this site and never buy any product from them as they sell cheap products which cannot be used ! I extremely regret my purchase and loosing my money ..

I seen an add on FB randomly, was a colouring in book with cats but like offensive language not for the faint of heart obv. Clicked it got taken to a website where it said $9.95 for the book which I thought was like reasonably priced. Got to the checkout part and it says something else.. obv inc shipping etc but when the money came out of my bank it was twice that amount and for a single colouring in book. Not doing that again 😒

Fraudulent Company – Avoid at All Costs!

This company is a scam! I purchased an LED projector from them at the end of November 2024, costing me over €70, including shipping. After repeatedly asking where my order was, the package finally arrived on January 5, 2025.

The LED projector is junk and nothing like what was shown in their promotional video or described in their text. The menu screen’s image quality is so poor that the text is almost unreadable.

Ultimately, the projector doesn’t work, and I cannot connect it to my iPhone.

I’ve filed several complaints with the only email address I have for them (support at poplawillow dot com) asking for a refund. They refused, initially offering me just $5, and later increasing that to $8.

I am currently searching for the company’s correct address and business registry information to take legal action. My goal is to have this fraudulent business dissolved and shut down.

As a retiree, I have plenty of time to pursue this through legal channels. If anyone has more information about this company, please share it here

negative. order without any confirmation of 36us$ nailer and nail, they delivered only the nails. they claim that I only bought the nails. I asked for the nailer to be sent or a refund of 26us$ because the nails are priced at 10us$ approx. They offered a refund of 2us$ then increased to 4 and last offer of 6us$

Truly awful customer care, I ordered permanent outdoor lights & they send me string Xmas lights ,refused me a refund then said I would have to return the lights to them in China but at my own expense, I spent over £100 for the lights but they offered me a refund of 15 USD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS IF THEY HAVE SENT OUT THE CORRECT ITEM. I ORDERED TROUSERS THEY EVENTUALLY TURNED UP AFTER 3 WEEKS I DDINT LIKE THE STYLE SO ASKED FOR RETURN TO TOLD THE ABOVE. WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

[EDIT] I managed to get the money back through a claim via PayPal. It took me a lot of effort - this shop kept on proposing small refunds (ca 25% of the money I paid) - they did so even in the PayPal claim correspondence. I had to insist godzillion times that I wanted to send the products back. I then had to send the product back (and pay the postage fee), so that PayPal could recognise who was at fault. But that shop pi**ed me off so much that I didn't want to give up.

By the way - they returned the money before having received the return. I am only partially surprised- I knew they gave a fake address, so they were never expecting to get it back. So only the postal service earned money on it and I wasted some time. But I am still happy I stood my ground. [End of edit]

DO NOT BUY THERE!. Bought some pairs of pants, terrible quality, appalling look, ugly colors, different style than in the ad. In reality it's NOTHING even remotely similar to the product from the ad. They DO NOT accept returns and will try to use every trick to dissuade you from returning - they quote technical issues, return costs etc. and when all fails, an anonymous person on the other end (they never give any names) say they will have trouble at work if they accept a return. IT'S A SCAM!

Delivery took ages. When trousers arrived it was the wrong colour and the worst quality material I've ever seen in my life. Customer service is non existent when trying to get a refund

Despite ordering, and apparently receiving the correct size golf pants they were at least 3 sizes too big. No size label inside the pants either. The quality was extremely poor. They did not offer a full refund and instead offered $7 USD for the $70 USD I paid for them. This is a fraudulent website - be careful - never buy from them unless you want to get ripped off.

Scammed by them. Ordered a pair of pants and they are absolute garbage. Won't accept returns.

I ordered a pair of man's pants size 32/28 and received what seems to be size 36/34. They do not label sizes. Customer service told me that there's nothing wrong with my order and to give the pants to a friend. Quality is very vey poor. Exchange is non existent.

I wish I could give zero stars. Delivery took over 2 weeks. Pants did not fit despite being my normal size. They refused to return. They offered $4 for $70 order!

This company is not trustworthy, they are scammers. I ordered two sets of jersey pants and shirt. One 2XL in tan with long sleeves and one XL black with shirt sleeves. $98 for both. They sent two set supposedly XL, although they looked like size small, both short sleeves. I sent an email with the invoice and pictures of what they sent, and they repeatedly kept saying that their warehouse said they sent the right ones, even when I sent a copy of the invoice clearly saying the opposite. When I sent a follow up email, they said that sending the articles back would be too expensive, to give them to a friend and they will give me $5. I replied that was not acceptable, they kept repeating the same. They are scammers. You pay for X and they send you whatever they want.
