So far I have no received my package
It was going to get sent out the day after I ordered its been almost a week and only a label has been created. Tried reaching out to them but I am being ghosted.

The Funko Pops come in mint condition. Thanks James and team from Pop Collectibles!

Overall, Im satisfied with the purchase. Shipping to Red Hat, Alberta took around 8 business days but there was a snowstorm at one point.
All in all, got what we paid for. Free shipping was nice since not many companies offer that to Alberta

Package came well and James was very helpful in getting me the package asap since it was needed for a gift! Will be purchasing more in the future

I've ordered from this store twice. My first order was back on June 3rd. I had some preorders but they started the shipping process after 1 month which was fine. Almost 2 months passed and the order was never given to Canada Post. I finally received the order after weeks of complaining and when I finally received it I received the wrong Pop. I was given a refund on that Pop, which was cool so I decided to give the store another chance which; was a mistake. I ordered 3 Pops in mid September, finally received them today I was after given a false Canada Post tracking number (The order was delivered with Dragonfly). There is a huge gash in one of the Funkos I received. This was most likely done prior to shipping due to the nature of the gash, the protector is undamaged which means they knowingly sent out this Pop in this condition. I reached out to customer support and was offered only $15 as a refund, I countered with $25 and to just keep the Funko but they insisted on me shipping it back to them. They ended up ghosting me. Disgusting support that did not want to resolve the issue in fair manner.

The ironic part is their name, Pop "Collectibles," they do not treat their items as such. Avoid this store if you can, there are better Funko sellers out there that actually care about your purchase.

**They inflate their Shop page with fake reviews and are suppressing negative ones. Please be careful and do not order from this store.

I have purchased a couple Pops, some of them which were Pre-Orders, I understand that ETA aren't an exact date and things change but I noticed other places were already receiving these Pops in Particular so I emailed about it and got told that they were gonna be shipped first thing next morning, 2 weeks go by and still not shipped chased again and they finally shipped it. 2 Months go by and Pops not arrived yet, tracking shows no movements, I email and they say "it was lost", so they're going to send a replacement, a couple more weeks go by and replacement hasn't been sent, I keep emailing about it and no response, after a while I eventually get an email saying it was shipped, again another month goes by nothing, I have no emailed 4 times in the last week and no response. I have another order with them which I am sure will never ship. Just don't bother ordering here as it will never arrive.

Paid - never shipped order - no responses from customer service.

I placed an initial order on their site which was marked as “delivered”, however the delivery photo was a plain black photo and not at my address. I then placed a replacement order with them (order: 218742) 6 weeks have passed and not received this. Another order I placed 5 weeks ago too (order: 218911) still hasn’t shipped. Emailed 4 times and no response.

I hope this review will help someone not make the same mistakes that I did in purchasing from this company. I will now have to report this to a third party investigator in order to manually pursue a refund.

Really great experience overall. Items came fast and with the vaulted vinyl protectors that are very flat. Had a pleasant experience, though shipping could be faster! Will purchase again
