While I promptly received confirmation of my order, I was disappointed in the lack of updates regarding the delivery date, time, and the delivery company information. After reaching out to the company to inquire, the issue was resolved, but it would have been more convenient for this information to be provided automatically. Despite this hiccup, the product itself is of good quality. Improving communication on delivery updates would greatly enhance the overall purchasing experience from Popat UK.
