The ad had been following me on Insta since forever and I finally gave in.
I'm glad I had the foresight to buy more paperrolls from the get-go because wow, I love this tiny printer and it's just so much fun printing things??
It's also super helpful that there are little tutorial videos because I'm honest, I struggled a bit with substituting the paperroll but the video helped! A lot!
Also. Look at that design. The little birdie is just super cute.

Never Received Package
I spent about $250 2 of the printers and and the paper rolls and never got anything and did not get my money back. Poor service. Would not recommend this to anyone and I definitely tell everyone not to order it. Customer Service Sucks!!!

Be prepared to wait for your accessories
I got the L2 printer for Christmas. It’s great for making shipping labels, however, all of my others prints are faded or hard to see, even after I’ve fixed the settings to make them darker. I ordered different paper on Jan. 2 to see if that would make a difference and am still waiting on it. I don’t mind buying new items but the length of time to receive the items is ridiculous - I’ve never waited so long for something, and the estimated delivery date they gave was Jan. 6 to Jan. 26. That is a large, arbitrary window. Hopefully this new paper works better, but until I receive it, who knows?

I love my Poooli Printer, I received it as a gift for Christmas and it's the greatest present ever! It fits in my crossbody and I purchased my Poooli it's own carrying case. Great little printer
Great communications about the shipping of our Poooliprinter. Really neatly packaged and did arrive in time for Christmas.
Easy to connect to phone and it really is as simple as it seems.
Really impressed with the quality of the printing given how petite the printer is. My house is now covered in mini images.
It makes total sense, but be mindful that it does only print in black amd white. It clearly states this on the website but didn't stop my son convincing himself otherwise.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! I would score 0 if there was an option the company are not even worthy of a 1! Ordered 4 of these printers in November and still haven’t got them. Poooli print use Evri who left the parcels on my door mat and when I returned from work the parcels where not there! Evri have apologised and confirmed that this shouldn’t have happened and I have provided this to poooli who have still not refunded me for these missing items. After many emails poooli print advised me to contact the police and obtain a crime reference number. I have provided this and now they are saying they need a copy of the police report and investigation and they will then look into the refund - i keep providing information requested but they keep asking for more such a terrible experience. These items were Christmas gifts and at present I have no printers, I’m £119 down and Christmas has passed absolutely shocking experience I’ve been emailing for over a month - I just want a refund - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY extremely unhelpful and poor customer services

Bought this for my granddaughter for…
Bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. It came so fast. I was really surprised with delivery time. It is a good size and so simple to use. Was easy to set up. She loves it. Hasn't stop playing with it. Sge has printed off from her picture gallery and from the poooli app itself. She wasnt disappointed that ot was only black and white.

I like how portable my poooliprint is…
I like how portable my poooliprint is and it's wireless. I can bring it with me wherever I go, and it doesn't add that much weight to my bag. No more awkward printer in the coffee shop as well lol because it's so cute!! I got compliments about it :) The best part about this printer is that it can also print photos and stickers!! They have different kinds of paper to use which makes it the best portable printer in my opinion.

I am sorry you are experiencing this issue, this is a very rare situation and I will be happy to guide you in fixing it.
Could you please kindly try this first:
1. Open and close your printer cover (just as if you wanted to load paper)
2. Once closed, use a pin to hold the RESET button which is in a tiny hole by the USB charger (see attached picture) you must hold the button for a full 10sec.
This should reset your printer and you should be good to go. I would recommend fully recharging your printer before you use it.

Not the best
From all the adverts I expected better, it's hard to line up the labels, and it doesn't print very dark. Even when making the text bold, it is barely legible. The app itself is easy to use, though if I try and log on online, it tells me my account doesn't exist, so I'm not sure how that add up when I have bought and logged into an app with that account. The machine is easy to use, and the reels are easy to change, I just expected a better quality print, and sometimes the labels don't stick well, and the sticky paper is very hard to peel apart.

The QR code printed by a double tap on the printer main button allows to connect by a quick scan from the Poooli app.
If you scan the QR code from outside of the app, it will not work and indeed give a broken URL.
Please make sure to follow the instructions given in the user manual and on this Youtube video tutorial to learn how to connect using the QR code: https://youtu.be/aByZjjnFsaw
