After some research we decided to hire Pooltown to install our pool. From the start and dealing with our salesman Billy A, to the end and dealing with Leesa D, everyone on the Pooltown staff was professional and helpful. Pooltown is a one stop shop and I am glad we chose them to be the company who installed our pool.

Love my pool town pool. 5th season and it was worth every penny. Went smoothly, great follow up and customer service. Have no doubts.

We highly recommend Pool Town to anyone who asks. We've had zero problems with any of the installation. We continue to use Pool Town for all of our openings and closings. From start to finish, everyone was very prompt, professional and courteous. We've had many, many happy pool days at the "Power Resort" as everyone likes to call it. All has been absolutely perfect. We wouldn't change a thing. Very satisfied customer.

We love PoolTown! We had our pool installed in 2016 and have loved every minute of it. It was the single best family investment we have made to our home. The only sad day about the pool is when we have to close it up for the season. If you were on the fence about getting a pool, just do it! From start to finish Pool Town was fantastic to deal with.

We enjoyed working with the staff at Pool Town. They helped us design the perfect pool and deck. When designing your pool do not skimp on the deck, less is not more when considering how much space you need for deck furniture. The pool is beautiful we chose the dolphin design for our liner, and the grandkids love it. If you are thinking of getting a pool you can't get a better company than Pool Town. They were professional and informative during the entire process of putting in the pool. Don't wait to get your pool it takes several months from start to finish. So if you are planning to swim in your pool this summer you should plan to get your pool soon.

We can't thank the personnel at Pool Town enough for our pool. This will be our second season and my family and I look forward to another fun filled 2021 Pool season. For those of you looking to install a new pool, you have found the right pool company. Their entire team was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our experience with PoolTown was excellent. From the initial visit and consultation in-store to the final inspection, the process was smooth and pleasant. The quality of the pool is beyond what we expected, and we have received many compliments from friends, family, and neighbors. I would like to up date my review dated July 30th 2020 review of Pooltown Pools in Howell, NJ. I had wrote how dissatisfied I was with Pooltown's installation of my pool liner. After writing my initial review I was contacted by Pooltown's owner Russ. Russ and I spoke on the phone about my concerns with my new pool liner separating from coping in numerous locations around the circumference of the pool. Russ assured me that he would have the problem fix as soon as possible. Within a week Russ sent a crew down to fix the problem. I was very pleased that owner himself took the time to reach out to me to make sure I was satisfied with the quality of work Pooltown and provided to me and my family over the years. Thank You Russ for following through and making sure the job was completed as promised.

Pool Town installed my pool in 2003. Pool Town just replaced my liner. After a week of installation the liner separated from the wall in two places. They came right down and fixed it. A week later the liner separated from the wall in 10 places. I called several times and emailed them, but received no response. After two weeks I called again and did receive a call back. Kristen from Pool Town told me that they could fix the problem at a cost of $400.00 to me. This would require and installation of shims that would hold the liner into the copping. They then said they could reduce the price to about $225.00. I could understand if the liner separated again in the same two spots but not 10 spots. To me this is poor installation on the part of Pool Town. They did offer to come back and fix the problem by just putting the liner back into the copping, but advised this would be a temporary fix. I know two people who just had their liners replaced by a different company with no issue with the liner ever separating from the wall. It should be Pool Town's responsibility to have installed the liner right the first time, and if not fix the problem no coast to me.

Excellent company. From Billy to Maria and all the help they have they are all terrific. Very responsive to questions. Workers work very hard. They are respectful :& clean up when they leave. Would highly recommend

Thank you to Billy and all staff at Pool Town who made our experience a great one. We actually used them for an above ground pool years ago, then decided to put in an inground pool. Everyone we dealt with for each and every phase was wonderful. Our backyard is absolutely beautiful and more than we dreamed of. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend to family and friends. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel comfortable during our pool process.

We started our pool process in the fall so it would be ready first thing in the spring for the kids. From start to finish, Pooltown was very communicative and transparent. Considering there are so many pieces to the puzzle, something is bound to hold things up (especially weather, which is completely out of their hands). If that happened, we knew about it immediately and were given new dates that worked for everyone. Their workers were all professional, kind, and very considerate of working on someone's property. Even though we offered numerous times, no one entered our home to use the restroom or accepted food/drinks. They came prepared.
Even though we decided what we wanted in the beginning, we were always given the opportunity to change it when that step came into play. Our pool was ready when they said it would be and we couldn't be happier. I never imagined it would look as beautiful as it does. Our next step...landscaping! Thank you, Pooltown!

From the start, we have had such a great experience with Pool Town! They came highly recommended by friends and neighbors that we didn’t even feel the need to shop around. Since day 1, we have felt like family. Billy was extremely knowledgeable about the different pool shapes, liners, filters, equipment, etc. He made the entire pool buying process a breeze! During phase 1 Kirsten was quick and efficient at applying and obtaining all the permits required for the job! She was also very quick with her responses. In phase 2 Maria was truly the best! She made sure we were always informed about what was going on and what the next steps were. She would even call me after hours on her drive home! No one is more dedicated than she is! Our excavator Jimmy kept us informed throughout the entire excavation process and completed the job in a timely manner. Our installer Chris was also very dedicated! Chris made sure to come by on a Sunday to make sure everything was ready for an inspection on Monday morning. He always made sure to let us know what is going on. Overall, we highly recommend Pool Town and if we had to do it again we would for sure use Pool Town!!

Let me tell you that investing in an in-ground pool is not an easy thing to do. There are a so many decisions that need to be made and then the cost of installing. After many years going back and forth about installing a pool we decided to have our pool done this summer!!! We then started to research different pool installers and had a few of them come to the house. After meeting and talking to all of them to some of them hands down, Mike from Pool Town was the most honest and knowledgeable about technology and designs. It was clear to us that Pool Town takes great pride in what they do and delivers a superior product.

Although we had some bumps in the road, Shanna, Maria and Toni were extremely helpful and patient about all the questions we had. I explained to them my frustrations and they took care of the situation right away!!! Honestly when it was finally completed it is our dream backyard and has exceeded our expectations!!! We can not wait until next summer so we can enjoy our back yard with our family and friends. Thank you pool town for delivering us our dream back yard and would recommend everyone I know to use you guys in the future.

Very happy with our pool from Pool Town. While there were some bumps in the road, the final result is that we got a quality pool that we feel will last a long time. The construction of the pool and the warranty behind it were very important to us. We are 1 house off the bay, so we had to make sure that the pool we picked would stand up to the harsh environment.
The staff at Pool Town were great to work with. I can be a very difficult and fussy customer. With major construction you always run into snags and delays, but every time there was difficulty, Pool Town did take care of the issues. Leesa was a great asset to get me in touch with the right department to take care of all of my concerns.
Being close to the water, we knew we were going to deal with ground water issues and the excavator (Jimmy) worked real hard to get the job done with the least amount of pain, even when they uncovered an old septic tank.
Throughout the entire construction process, Maria was always quick to respond to my (many-many) emails and calls, even after hours!
I handled the heater gas line myself and Shanna helped me with the permit process and make what could be difficult, very easy.
My Salesperson, Billy from start to finish was a pro. Day, night, weekdays and weekends if I had a concern I would text or call or email him, and he ALWAYS responded.
In the end it was a long process, but ultimately got the pool we wanted, the backyard looks great, and now we can enjoy.

What an incredible company to work with! Pool Town was the first and only company we spoke with about building our pool. After our first meeting with them, we didn’t even bother getting other quotes. We felt so valued there. I know they build countless pools throughout the year, but with the level of detail and explanation they provide, it felt like we were their only customer. That level of treatment continued throughout the building process. Every decision we made was made in our best interest. I still can’t believe that we had our pool built within 2-3 weeks!
