Very good communication
Very good communication. The driver was going to be 8 minutes late arriving to pick me up, but kept me informed of her progress so that she arrived arrived at the house the minute I left the front door. Brilliant.

Brilliant. We will use them again
We had a nightmare flight home: first flight cancelled, booked on 2nd flight - also cancelled. Overnight stay in USA. Kept in contact with taxi firm and was so happy to see Wayne there at Heathrow when we arrived - late!. They chopped and changed as much as we had to.

Short journey Southampton Cruise Terminal to Poole.
After getting off the ship our driver, Wayne, was on hand to help us with luggage.
Very smooth ride home.
