DO NOT BUY chemicals from poolaqua.com

DO NOT BUY chemicals from poolaqua.com. On 10/28/25 I ordered a 2 oz bottle of Taylor R0871 to test chlorine levels. This is a large bottle and would typically take a residential pool customer a year or more to use. It arrived on 11/2/25. The “Best Buy” date on it was 1/26. You are not supposed to use test chemicals beyond the Best Buy date due to the likelihood of false readings. So this bottle had less than 2 months possible use. I reached out to them and they sent a snotty email saying it was in date so not their problem. They do not care about their customers. I have purchased chemicals from Amazon and other internet pool stores and never had a problem of them dumping nearly out of date chemicals on me. This people are scammers and probably buy short life chemicals at reduced rates to dump on customers. BEWARE- customer service is not a priority. Not worth the risk of getting chemicals that are only good for a month. Purchase somewhere else.

Rude at PoolAqua.com

I called PoolAqua to verify their shipping options, since the website only shows one very expensive shipping method.
When I asked if they had other options, the man who answered the phone curtly replied, “Do you see any?”
I began to ask a follow-up question, and he immediately hung up on me.
I called back, but my number was blocked.
After that, I noticed their website only publishes five-star reviews — which now makes sense.
If this is how they treat customers before a sale, I can only imagine what it’s like afterward.
