My daughter used to do riding lessons…

My daughter used to do riding lessons with pony palace weekly. However, once they started to expand, they couldn't care less about their old customers and it was very difficult to book future lessons. A riding school I once recommend for small children/beginners I would no longer recommend due to such poor customer service and care. They need to remember the customers that kepted them afloat during the pandemic. Very disappointing and disgusting customer care and service. Definitely, over rated for what it is.

Lovely riding school with friendly staff, very well behaved ponies and a great place for kids to learn.
