The dress arrived with three spots like oil on the front by the armpit. The slip under the chiffon was inside out, meaning seams were on the outside. There was no hem, just cut fabric. When I complained they wanted pictures, I sent them two. They just argued with me. They would not allow me to return the dress. So buyer beware if you buy from this company. I had to buy another dress from Macys.

My dress arrived covered in light black mould. This could have happened in transit etc, however, Pomuyoo have completely ignored all my emails. The dress itself was lovely but I’m extremely disappointed to be ignored. I’m not paying £80 for a mouldy dress. So I’m having to go through my bank for a chargeback. I would steer clear of this business because if something happens to your dress on the way they’re not going to communicate.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the dress I recently received from Pomuyoo. The item I was sent does not match the product shown in advertised photos in several significant ways.
First, the color is completely different from what was displayed online. Additionally, the dress itself is poorly constructed—it is crooked and does not hang properly. The fabric is also not what was advertised, and overall the quality is far below what I expected for a purchase of nearly $100.

This company has went above and beyond and support/customer care experience is over the top! Ordered a suit for my soon to be husband and it fits him juat right! Following the sizing chart they have is 100% true to size! We paid for expedited shipping and they worked with me so well on communication and making sure we got the suit in time. This is one of the best online shopping experiences I have ever received. 100% going to turn to this company for our future vow renewal celebration/bigger dream wedding experience. If I honestly could I would give Pomuyoo a 10 star. They went above and beyond to make sure, I as a customer, was satisfied with the order and processing time.

I will never purchase from this company again. I purchased a suit to surprise my child for his prom and of course as a teen he didn’t like the style immediately after seeing it. I sent an email on the same day to request a refund but the company it so against me sending it back and keep asking me to keep the suit to give to a family member or friend. I keep explaining to them that i just want a refund. They just keep giving me the run around on how to send the suit back. They provided me with a return address but when i searched the address, its to a company that sales ultrasonic cleaning equipment. As a person who works for law enforcement I think this company should be investigated. What happened to the “No Hassle Return Policy” written on the website? I have been hassled for three day’s now going back and forth with emails trying to get my refund. Then they suggest you call them. who wants to call china to get the same run around and have money charged on their phone bill for the call? Anywhere I can put a review i will do just that (google, yelp, facebook, instagram etc). I’m so disappointed.

The dress that was made for me was perfect considering I am a funny shape. After issuing my sizes the dress was done to perfection.

Bad workmanship shocking communication after offering a 50% reduction. Just keep ignoring emails about this refund

I ordered a 2-piece suit and separate pants for my Fiancé pants along with a Mother of the Bride dress for my Mum to wear to my upcoming wedding and despite measuring as per their request and ordering standard sizes, the pants and dress do not fit.

I contacted them to request returning the items and to order new ones and after 4 EMAILS, I have had no response!!
The lack of communication is EXTREMELY disappointing and has left me very stressful.

I am happy to pay the return fees, I just wanted someone to reply with the address to return!!!

AVOID as the Customer Services after care is non-existent!!!

I rated one star because they don't have zero. Do not do business with this website. I sent an email the next day and cancelled. They repeatedly lied and claimed they made it and when in fact they asked for dimensions and I cancelled. They refuse to refund anything. What they sent was awful and totally unusable. it was 2 sizes too small.

I brought kaitlyn Enchanting mother of the bride dress from pomuyoo and the quality and the detail of this dress is amazing for what i paid for it i did not want to go with the big wedding dress at my age (59) so this is perfect for what i want it for i cannot put any pictures up as i dont get married until march pomuyoo are very good with replying back to emails they get back to you straight away if you have any questions and i never had any problems with them at all there measurments was spot on. I will feel very special on my wedding day when im wearing this dress. Im a very happy customer and i will defonatly be shopping with pomuyoo if ever i need to buy a special dress again

The worst nightmare of my life - literally I don’t know how they accept order if they are not professional and I m not sure how these positive reviews are available , perhaps for their business used family members to write .I received low quality material , design did not match , color of fabric not match - don’t waste your energy or money - they will ruin your time , money and special occasion.

Ordered mother of the bride dress some three weeks ago. Dress arrived, tried on, must say that it is a beautiful dress. Problem, very tight shoulder area and under the arm so movement is restricted. Second problem, bodice has padded boob area which are too far near the neckline to even try to get your boobs in and once in, if you do move your arms your boobs just fall out leaving a bulky pouch at front of dress. When corresponding with company, they first asked me to try a tight bra with the dress, it’s off the shoulder so the straps would be seen but this doesn’t work neither or tape or a strapless bra. I have now been informed that I should take it to a dress maker and get the padded bra area removed from the dress at my expense. This will not alter the fact that the dress it tight around the top of the shoulder arm area and why should I go to the expense of having a brand new dress altered. All I want to do is return the dress which is within my rights as a customer.
Update, been to a dress maker offing to do alteration for approx 30/35 pound. Got in touch with company as I just wanted to send dress back. They send no problem, but had to be registered, packed accordingly and other stuff which they said would cost about 35 pounds to return. They also offered me 50 percent discount and 15 percent discount if I shopped with them again. I ve accepted the 50 percent discount as if I didn’t I would still lose out. The refund was put into my account straight away. I ll take the dress to the dress maker and get it altered.
The dress may or not not worn.
Pleased I got some return on my purchase which was done fairly quickly.
Overall I am now satisfied and I do love the dress. The refund will take care of the alterations needed.

I purchased a dress for my daughters wedding. I chose the size i hoped would fit well. Sara contacted me asking various questions about my measurements and helped me with the sizing, this took a while to achieve. Sara was very patient and helped along the way. I eventually ordered my dress, i have today received my dress and i couldnt be happier, the dress is beautiful and fits perfectly.
I would recommend this company for that extra special dress, they go the extra mile to get it right

nothin on website to tell customers in United Kingdom that they do Not deliver to some areas of Scotland.I was asked to cancel my order as we are too
remote for delivery
It woukd be really useful if non-deliverable post code areas were given on the website to save waiting ubtil you have ordered and paidand then have to work out how to cancel The dresses are beautiful, so very annoying to find you might not get a delivery to some areas.
