I just received the ordered strawberry tiramisu cake. What I saw is very different from what I ordered from your website. This is not a cake! these are four portions of tiramisu joined together. There are no fruit or other decorations like on your website. In general it is something else.
Contact with the seller limited to email only. Limited communication with the company.
Disappointed and deceived customer.

The Tiramisu was delicious, freshly made and it was very easy to transport.
Pompi's team was very helpful to assist for buying and collecting in store.

I ordered a gluten-free tiramisu birthday cake to serve 50 people for my wife's surprise birthday party. Ordering the cake and arranging delivery was greatly facilitated by Emanuela at Pompi and it looked beautiful when brought out for everyone during the festivities. It tasted delicious and was the absolute perfect cake for a party with several coeliacs (including my wife), but of course was devoured by everyone! The leftovers have also kept very well for several days in our fridge!

I made an order for the banana tiramisu cake for a birthday celebration - the cake looked and tasted amazing ! Pompi’s excellent communication is what makes them a reliable and dependable service. I have ordered the cake to be delivered to a restaurant - throughout the ordering and delivery process, Pompi was contactable via whatsapp (except the weekends which is highly understandable). Thank you for the heavenly cake and the excellent service, 10/10 would order again !

An excellent alternative to a traditional birthday cake. The website made ordering very easy. The Tiramisu was great. They delivered directly to the restaurant, which was a huge help. I will order from Pompi again!

Wonderful website and such a beautiful cake but not only beautiful but the taste was amazing. It's was a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday and he has absolutely love it!
Also customers service was amazing. I have made some mistake with the address and it was quickly corrected by the owner.
I will definitely order more and more as also price is adequate to the quality of cake.

50 person Tiramisu... Although way too bigger than the actual need (mea culpa because of wrong estimation), none left in few hours - received praise from everyone. Order placed after midnight, special delivery received around noon next day. Nice work, Pompi, thank you! Definitely THE benchmark from now on

We bought pistachio tiramisù from Pompi to celebrate colleague's birthday. The tiramisù has rich taste in pistachio, very creamy and is not too sweet. I would strongly recommend the tiramisu from Pompi if you want to try something different than cakes.

The customer service is also great, I had to change my order slightly and is close to the pick up date, they deal with my queries promptly and solved my issue as expected!
