Excellent service with new owners and replacement of faulty Pomabrush
I had many issues with the previous company that was European-based, but in February 2024, I was contacted by the new owners, Pomadent Australia, based in Melbourne, who have replaced my faulty Pomabrush, with a personal delivery of the replacement brush! The review below is from my previous review, 9 months ago, out of frustration and giving up. Here is the update with the new owners, who are gradually working their way through the customer list and reaching out to those customers previously affected by faulty brushes, and offering replacements after verifying the faulty brush.
The new owners reached out to me in February 2024 after seeing my review on this website, and the frustrations that I had experienced with my previous faulty Pomabrush. They had organized for Australia Post to pick up my faulty brush, but when there were issues with Austraila Post, I had a personal visit from the new owner on a Saturday morning, who had driven 1 hour to my home to deliver a brand new Pomabrush and pick up the faulty one for testing! What an incredible turn around! Francois has changed my whole perception of the company, with the company now based in Melbourne, and will be designing their own future iterations of their product range, so there will be better control of quality and rectifying any previous faults.
My suggestion to everyone is, if you have previously been affected and had a negative experience, reach out to the new owners, Pomadent Australia, so that they rectify the issues and provide the quality customer service that we expect for a premium product.
For any new potential customers, this is a premium product with excellent customer service, based in Victoria, Australia, so if you have any issues, just reach out to them and they will help you with it.
I am not being paid anything for this updated product review. I am just wanting to update everyone on the new owners and the excellent service that they now provide, and being responsive to any concerns raised. The product is a great product, easy to use, convenient for travelling, a premium product for a great lifestyle change.

The product is great when it works. Mine suddenly stopped working last year, and I contacted customer service in early September 2022. I have sent so many emails to them (including videos as they requested), and they finally sent an email back to me in February 2023, saying that they'll replace it, but no other emails have been received since then, even after I have sent emails to them asking for a response. Non-existent customer service and a lot of wasted money and time. Not happy.
