Inaccurate time frames. Poor comms.
No communication.
Specific time frame specified in the confirmation email. Gone beyond that time frame and asked where my order was, no reply to 4 emails. Today it has been dispatched, with 48hour courier but paid for 24hour.
Very bad customer service, lack of comms.

delivered really quickly
This was delivered really quickly.
About 30 years ago I used polypads all the time. I kept thinking I might want one again, but kept putting it off. So glad I treated myself to a new one. Just as good as they used to be- now the kids want one too ;-)

The product is excellent
The product is excellent. Really like the poly pads. Well made and last forever! However, the estimated delivery time of 10 days was totally unrealistic. My order actually took almost 6 weeks to arrive. I was not in any rush but would have appreciated an acknowledgment of my order at the very least and a realistic time frame. I thought my order has been lost!

5 weeks to arrive
Order took 5 weeks to arrive but received no updates throughout.
Parcel was addressed incorrectly and Yodel were hopeless
Payment for my polypad was taken via carmat website caused a lot of confusion - no mention of that on polypad website anywhere at the time of ordering.
Whole experience was worrying and very disappointing
