For shipments to EU countries please propose another carrier - Post NL is just bad and this is not just a single occurrence. My order 789560 from June 17th 2025 has still not arrived to Luxembourg and we are July 1st.. So please propose DHL or any other RELIABLE carrier otherwise I won't order anymore on your site unfortunately. Thank you

We appreciate your comment about the carrier. While PostNL was our default option for international shipping, we have recently added UPS as an alternative shipping method for international orders. You can now select UPS at checkout for a more reliable and often faster delivery.
