I would of given 0 stars but 1 is the lowest I can give my order was paid for in March and I’m only just now getting a refund the proof was never sent after a number of phone calls emails and messages and still no further forward it’s taken to open a case with PayPal to sort the refund as a company I can appreciate busy times and Covid but to be ignored and just accept to take someone’s money and not sort the product out is beyond me just be careful with the company this is just my experience I’ve had

Usually I have had fantastic service. But I am still awaiting my recent order from 3 weeks ago. And have 3 Unanswered emails and numerous phone calls that have not been returned. Such a shame as previously the service has been fantastic

No product received and no reply to two emails asking for update.

I ordered my item in good faith over 2 and a half weeks ago. Since then I have received no updates as to the progress of my order, my emails have not been responded to and neither have my social media engagements. I have received 1 response from the sales team only which promised an update in 24 hours and 48 hours later I am still waiting. Awaiting a refund so I can order elsewhere,
